I went here for years, but I’m done. The wait times here are ridiculous— both in the waiting area and once inside the exam room. I wouldn’t mind it if they would say they are running behind, but as other reviewers have said, the standard line is “you’ll be next,” when that is clearly not the case.
Drove 45 minutes to an appointment which was confirmed the day before. When we arrived we were told one of us were dismissed as a patient for a $105 outstanding balance. We have been patients for 12 years and always pay at time of check out. We have spend thousands of dollars with this office. Obviously a billing/insurance error. We will no longer be patients here.
Waited over half an hour for a scheduled appointment.nail issue was addressed but my scalp wasnt even looked at..I was asked what “I think the problem is”. Ive now waited over a month and a half for test results and have requested a call back multiple times and they never answer or call back.
I had a terrific experience at my first visit. My appointment was on time, the exam was thorough and the providers were all excellent. I highly recommend this practice!
I had an appointment here a few weeks ago for dermatology. I felt super rushed through the appointment and like some of my concerns were not truly validated or heard (whether it was a warranted concern or not). However, as soon as I mentioned anti-aging procedures (botox, filler, etc.) the doctor was so quickly to promote and sell me that. I went to see the woman at the desk who I consulted with about skin products. When I asked her about a certain brand I use, she kept saying “no comment” which was very odd to me since I am looking for her guidance as a professional. Overall, it was not a great experience. I felt like I couldn't trust the professionals due to their evasiveness, speed, and eagerness to sell me on the cosmetic procedures.
So far waiting an hour because, “surgeries are a little backed up.” Have been told several times we are next, only to hear other names called. Scheduled over three months ago. Do not recommend.
Erin Seyler was even more wonderful than I remembered. She has such a sweet and gentle bedside manner and is very thorough and educational. Her assistant, Chelsea (nursing student, from Alexandria, VA, I hope I got your name right!) was also very kind with a great bedside manner. I appreciated how they communicated with each other in front of me and their teamwork, as a nurse and NP, this means a lot to me and I would like to thank them both. I will continue to refer my own Primary Care patients to this practice and Erin for their dermatological needs, thank you for your excellent care and compassion today!
Erinn Seyler and her Assistant is the best. Excellent manners . I'm on my way to more beautiful skin
I have been looking for the perfect dermatologist for a long time, and I'm so happy I finally found PPSD! Ever since I had my daughter my skin on my face and elbows went from being perfect to something out of a horror movie! I made an appointment with Dr. Wu and not only does he truly listen to what your concerns are, he talks to you like you're a person. He gives you different options to consider and helps you figure out which is best for your needs. The ladies at the front desk are so helpful and are very friendly and are always available to answer any of my questions. I still have a long journey until my skin is back to normal but I'm so glad I have Dr. Wu and PPSD in my corner during it!
Would not recommend this practice, especially for Botox. Each time I’ve gone, there has been a 45+ minute wait once you’re in the room. And the results are poor. I even went back, requested by the derm if I wasn’t happy and again waited for 45+ minutes and decided to walk out. Very unprofessional and poor quality. This image is one month after paying $600.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
