They r so rude and Disrespectful and it take 4 hours to get my little girl when she is in pain I would not take ur kids here if I was u I would take them Burners hospital I wish that I did that but if we did she may have not made it and This hospital that were in right now miss diagnosed my child She could have died if we didnt come back Sunday
Horrible workers very rude
I had the worse experience after being taking to this hospital after a car accident. I have left several messages after receiving multiple bills from the time period I was there. In addition to this my mychart information is incorrect and the narrative of why i was seen at the ER doesnt mention anything about my car accident. I received bills stating that I owe $0.00. Then one for $100 plus. Next a third for more than $1000 all three are from the same visit from me being there. Each time I reach out to any department I have to wait on hold and leave a message just to not receive a call back.
I wish I could give 0 stars. Billed me an absurd charge said theyd call and fix it then kept the charge and tried to say my account is past due. Charged me for being IN the building to see my doctor BEWARE. Check all charges they are thieving people built on collecting as many dollars as possible at any cost.I had a payment plan set up for another charge which was due to a technician changing my order and performing a different test than what I was scheduled to have done she told me it wouldnt cost anything and insurance would cover 100% if she did this test instead.Guess who got a 1100+ dollar bill After setting up the payment plan TWICE I get a notice saying IT is overdue Thats impossible because I have a payment plan. These people want to make your life hell. Avoid at all costs. No doctor Ive encountered there is worth the debt they try to ensure youre in when you leave. Horrid place. And this is coming fromSomeone whos visited hospitals in the SE and in NY. They need to fire these incompetent people and have accountability and proper communication and proper billing services that do not overcharge falsely charge or make other false claims regarding lack of payment despite plans.Lets ask ourselves my payment plan didnt delete itself...what could have happened I wonder? Malicious intent or pure system failure. Either way Id recommend never going here. Save yourself the debt and months of stress.
Had to take my daughter to the ER everyone was kind helpful. I was in out with proper care. Thank you to the ER department staff from the front desk to Nurses.
Arrived at 9am and was there until 9PM and still wasn’t seen I was upset and the staff is very rude
The hospital that used to be rated number one has taken a straight nose dive to the pits of hell.If you really love your love ones....Dont take them over there unless you are ready to prepare for a funeral. In all my days upon GODS green earth I have never ever experienced anything like this.Nasty and filthy.Playing around high fiving and dancing at the nursing station Patients begging and pleading for someone to help them.It was a nightmare for me so I know they were living one in there. No one seem to care are even hear them screaming at the top of their lungs. They stroded by as if they were all deaf...Maybe they were. They gave my love one the wrong medication the first night and the next night asked him which medication was he supposed to be taking because they didnt know. His sheets never got changed nor did his room ever get cleaned. The lady at the welcoming desk cant read or spell...The security guard was helping her do her jobs. They refuse to let any type of sunlight into any of the rooms. At least it gives the patients something to look forward to. This place has become just as rotten as the city of Greensboro itself. Shame on each and everyone of you who are in charge of this disaster. If its a choice between Cone and death go ahead on and have a little talk with JESUS.
Doctors and nurses are always knowledgeable friendly which is the only positive about this place. Wait times here are ALWAYS ridiculous about 5 months ago i waited 16 hours for a room because “there are no rooms available” and “we are just so understaffed”. I saw someone who was shot in the foot be seated in the waiting room for the same reason. Today my wife waited crying and in crippling pain for 7 hours before getting a “room” in the hallway again for the same reasons of no beds available and understaffed. I understand that those things can be true and an honest problem that is out of the doctors hands but someone needs to fix these problems how long can that remain a problem without resolution? I hate that this ER is the closest to my house and at this point im willing to drive out of town to go to an ER.
12 hr wait times regardless of your pain levels this is medical negligence
very rude to me harrased me about my service dog didnt care about my mental illness and mental health didnt ever see an actual Dr after waiting 7 hours. Went to my regular dr and found out they never actually did a blood test even though they took blood.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
