Had to take my daughter to the ER everyone was kind helpful. I was in out with proper care. Thank you to the ER department staff from the front desk to Nurses.

Total Overall Experience was Amazing. All of the 4 EAST Staffers Both Day Night were Knowledgeable Skilled Courteous Kind Accommodating and Fast. The TAVR Group and IR Department was Great. Even Food Services were Patient in Determining the Appropriate Items to Choose.

Its a shame that people get MAD at a place that is simply there to help people. It really isnt Cones fault that they are super busy and overcrowded... I am shocked by all of the negative reviews...My wife spent the night there after having a catheterization due to a heart attack and every single person that we came in contact with was very helpful kind and caring.A HUGE shout out to all of the nurses on East 6 You guys are awesome and were such a blessing to my wife and I. You have found your calling and keep nursing and being GREAtThank you Cone Hospital for caring for and about your patients

Cone Hospital is great but never put a loved on the 5th floor. That is Select Specialty Hospital and I dont recommend the dead to go there

So grateful for the infusion of Regeneron monoclonal antibodies when all of my family members had Covid 19 in December. They were quick to contact us and set up an appointment for infusion. They were just wonderful to us. Im shocked that people are having problems getting appropriate medical care for Covid. My family from Virginia are on their way now to seek help for Covid as they have no idea how to handle the virus or the antibodies from their area. If all medical teams were following a standard of care for Covid I feel confident people would be experiencing a less severe case of Covid and no doubt save their lives. So thank you Moses Cone Medical Center for being on top of this and providing excellent care.

Hospital staff team we had was great for assisting in the delivery. The only negative was the hospital food. It’s understandable it’s bland because certain people can’t have spices and salts but dang can we get some salt packets with the food

I feel like the main issues are staff of this hospital I saw that a bit first hand but besides that I was pretty pleased overall with my visit. But there could always be some improvements.

Not so prlesent experience yet again lack of stay means extended wait time 3 to 8 and only saw the doc once. Was told I would see a doc until after 9. If you are at the ER why is there only one doctor?

I am going to write two reviews. The first review is for me. I visited the ER last January for trouble breathing a deep cough in my lungs and my speech was beginning to slur. After waiting four hours in the waiting room I was placed in a storage room and was not hooked up to any monitors. I was given a baby Asprin incase I was having a stroke. The ER nurses did not take my vitals. In the storage room were bottles of cleaning supplies paper towels etc. There was no television. Really a storage room?Nobody even asked me if I needed water. I waited several hours. I was released at 3 AM. I was referred to a pulmonary doctor that diagnosed me with pneumonia. This is not the way to treat your patients in the ER. Next time I will travel to Baptist or Duke.The second review is for the Pediatric Emergency Room where I have taken my son twice. Both times I waited less than an hour. I was equally impressed with his care and the nurses on his team. They explained any lab tests and checked his vitals right away. They were unable to provide an EEG but did hook him up to an EKG. I was impressed with the pediatric care my son received. The Pediatric Emergency Room is much better.
