I have used many companies in the area for home health care. Right at Home Raleigh (RAH) has exceeded my expectations. Everyone in Agency is professional and caring. I especially want to say that the schedulers Tracey and Laura have worked with me no matter what my needs are for a caregiver. I have at the last minute needed a caregiver for overnight and they have been able to accommodate me every time. I can’t say enough about this agency. Additionally, every caregiver that comes into my home friendly, and professional. If you need a caregiver RAH is the place to go!

Right at Home takes great care of my Dad, always going the extra mile!

Right at Home has been providing sitter services since July 2023 for my wife, Marcia. The sitters are very caring and competent. They take great care to encourage her to eat. She always smiles when she sees them. The office staff is always friendly and helpful if I need to adjust the schedule. I could not be happier with Right at Home.

I was very impressed with Right at Home's responsiveness, kindness, and attention to detail. We called them at the last minute, and they found us an excellent caregiver. They explained their services to me, and it was easy to fill out their paperwork. I called them at various hours and they always answered and were compassionate and helpful. I highly recommend their services.

We picked Right at Home to help my elderly parents to remain in their home as long as possible. We researched and narrowed our search down to 4 with Right at Home becoming our final choice. We really got lucky because the caregiver, Sharon, that they sent to my parents was an excellent fit. My Mother trusted and liked her from the beginning. My Father has dementia and Sharon was very good with him. She took very good care of my parents. Recently we had to move my Father to memory care and my Mother to assisted living. Sharon stayed with my Father. Made sure he went with the medical transport without incident, rode in the back with him and sat with him in his new home for several hours. Because of Sharon we did not have to worry that my Father would be transported safely. That was priceless! We have been so blessed! We could not have asked for a better caretaker. She is still continuing to spend one day a week with my parents at their new home. My Mother couldn't bear to give her up completely. I gave 4 stars because the service is expensive and they are not always timely with their bills. My Mother sometimes stressed when she received a huge bill. The employees in the office are always very nice and responsive. I would definitely recommend Right at Home to anyone looking for a caretaker!
