Juliann Wallner does not have an adequate amount of comments to generate the sentiment analysis.
I have now seen Dr. Wallner three times, accompanying my mother for treatments twice. I was impressed with her thoroughness, considerate manner and expertise.
Very nice experience. Scheduling is easy and professional. Dr. Wallner askers all my questions and provided suggestions for preventative care. Office is clean and wait time was almost non-existance.
She has been a very compassionate provider. When leiomyosarcoma was discovered in a biopsy of some tissue she removed from my thigh, she called me at home and was very compassionate. She talked over my options. When I decided I wanted her to remove it, I was quickly seen. I was going on a trip to visit granchildren and return on a Friday the day she wanted to remove my stitches. They stayed at the office until I arrived from the airport. I had been given her nurse's cell phone number if any issues arose.
I have been going to Dr. Wallner for several years with great results.
Appointments are easy to make and both Dr. Wallner and the staff are great. They have helped me clear up a few conditions and they always take the time to listen. Their office setting is also very comfortable.
Was not seen by Dr. Wallner although I'm sure my insurance will be billed as if I was seen by Dr. Wallner. The first young lady who took my info, in which I attempted to explain about previously prescribed ointment caused facial burns when I used my regular 'Nair' facial hair removal, she stated Nair is never to be used on the face. Nair indeed has a product I've used for years meant for the face. Yes, there is a Nair product for legs, etc. She insisted she was right. The PA then prescribed a 'sulfa wash' although I explained I was once very allergic to sulfa. She stated she was prescribing sulfa wash, a topical solution, and not the oral to which I was allergic. I was never seen by Dr. Wallner today. At Womac Hospital where I fill my prescriptions, they were very concerned because of the 'sulfa'. They could not fill the prescription, as it needed to be ordered. They attempted to reach Dr. Wallner by phone regarding my allergy to sulfa. I choose to be seen by an actual physician with a degree, rather than by an individual not even aware of Nair product for facial use, or someone who may not be aware of the adverse effects of sulfa of any type, and implications.
Waited 50 minutes, then spent 10 minutes with me before rushing out. Didn't complete exam and left room before I could ask questions. Unacceptable patient treatment. Then I was billed an extra $130 for the horrible treatment. Have been going to this group for 5 years. She just cost them a loyal patient. I will not be back.

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
