Was not seen by Dr. Wallner although I'm sure my insurance will be billed as if I was seen by Dr. Wallner. The first young lady who took my info, in which I attempted to explain about previously prescribed ointment caused facial burns when I used my regular 'Nair' facial hair removal, she stated Nair is never to be used on the face. Nair indeed has a product I've used for years meant for the face. Yes, there is a Nair product for legs, etc. She insisted she was right. The PA then prescribed a 'sulfa wash' although I explained I was once very allergic to sulfa. She stated she was prescribing sulfa wash, a topical solution, and not the oral to which I was allergic. I was never seen by Dr. Wallner today. At Womac Hospital where I fill my prescriptions, they were very concerned because of the 'sulfa'. They could not fill the prescription, as it needed to be ordered. They attempted to reach Dr. Wallner by phone regarding my allergy to sulfa. I choose to be seen by an actual physician with a degree, rather than by an individual not even aware of Nair product for facial use, or someone who may not be aware of the adverse effects of sulfa of any type, and implications.
