I truly enjoyed my interview with Ms. Lisa. She was easy to talk too and answered all my questions, she doesn't try to intimidate you, but makes you feel comfortable.
I like the precautions that they take to keep the residents safe. All were kind and courteous.
It was wonderful!!! To finally go in her room and enjoy her all afternoon! Thank you for opening the doors.
Most workers are very nice but there's a handful who won't give you the time of day.
Very nice people! Very clean!
a small, but VERY clean facility...friendly staff, great rehab dept.
My dad is progressing nicely. He has come a long way from where he was. I appreciate all the attention he has been getting. Hope this is going to be a positive outcome for him as well
The staff at Ridgewood is extremely personable and very caring. I am so glad that my mom is getting her rehabilitation at Ridgewood!
I have visited my sister here at Ridgewood for 11 years. No complaints. I would recommend to anyone who is interested in long-term care.
My husband & I were in to get info about his mother coming there as a long term resident since her doctor said she could no longer live independently & she refused the option of moving in with family. The receptionist was very helpful & called Rhonda up to speak with us. She was very nice & gave us general information & answered all the questions we had.
Everyone there has been kind and caring.
I am here now because of a severe car accident. Am unable to walk. The Staff is so caring. They listen and communicate. They encourage me and clap for me when am making progress. They are warmly emotional and receptive. My diet is gluten free and they accommodate it. When I needed a bed pan, I apologize out of embarrassment and they tell me not to be embarrassed. They insist I use a bedpan because it is safer for me right now. They visit me throughout the day just to check on me. Before they leave the room, they ALWAYS ask if they can get me anything else. I cannot say enough good things about this place. The Staff here, really cares about the Patients.
I was so heartbroken for my mother and myself having to send her to care facility. I was afraid no one would love or care for her like me but I was out of my league.she absolutely needs round the clock nursing by professionals. I'm here to tell you I am so glad she is in this facility. I have worried these guys to death and every single person from the front door to the rooms have been the best I could have ever imagined. My mind has been put at such ease. I am amazed at the compassion and love I feel when I go see my mom. This place needs a medal for all the heroic care they give. Thanks to everyone there.
My son is in there and so far I'm not liking him being there and I'm really disappointed in how hes being treated wish cross creek would have stayed open thinking seriously bout relocating him
My Mom's in Rehabilitation in Ridgewood at this time. Recovering from a broken hip. Her rehab has been remarkable she's getting. 82yrs old and already up walking by herself. Her therapist work's her hard all day. She & the visitors that go are treated so nice & respected always willing to help. Caregivers are remarkable. I would recommend Ridgewood for anyone.
Amazing atmosphere, great people friendly and welcoming staff. Would be a great fit for any loved ones personally.
Very professional and clean with a staff that truly cares...Thanks
Had a good visit with my mom today. Read her a devotion and her room mate got quite and listened too! Shared some pictures on my telephone with her and some music...turned her TV on Hallmark and gave her a mother's day present, snack and read her my card! Kissed her good bye and promised her I would be back!
The weekend staff is very friendly and inviting. Nice to finally be able to go spend time with my loved one after being kept out for so long due to epidemic. The staff during the week is a different story. The person that is at the front to sign you in is rude and acts like you are bothering her when you go for a visit. I hate having to deal with her. I can only imagine what her bedside manner is like. If she hates her job that much she needs to find another one.
Yesterday my daughter and I and my brother on FaceTime had a fabulous outdoor visit in a very safe environment for all of us. She was beyond happy to see us in person and not through the glass divide. The Ridgewood staff went over and beyond to make this visit happen. After us they cleaned the space and turned around and welcomed the next family. This surely boosts the morale and sense of hope and joy for all involved. This is my Moms home and Ridgewood staff are her main contacts. Thank you Ridgewood, Brenda, Anita, David and one aide I did not catch your name for being such helpful and cheerful facilitators. You made our day!❤️❤️
