I truly enjoyed my interview with Ms. Lisa. She was easy to talk too and answered all my questions, she doesn't try to intimidate you, but makes you feel comfortable.

I like the precautions that they take to keep the residents safe. All were kind and courteous.

It was wonderful!!! To finally go in her room and enjoy her all afternoon! Thank you for opening the doors.

Most workers are very nice but there's a handful who won't give you the time of day.

My dad is progressing nicely. He has come a long way from where he was. I appreciate all the attention he has been getting. Hope this is going to be a positive outcome for him as well

I have visited my sister here at Ridgewood for 11 years. No complaints. I would recommend to anyone who is interested in long-term care.

The staff at Ridgewood is extremely personable and very caring. I am so glad that my mom is getting her rehabilitation at Ridgewood!

My husband & I were in to get info about his mother coming there as a long term resident since her doctor said she could no longer live independently & she refused the option of moving in with family. The receptionist was very helpful & called Rhonda up to speak with us. She was very nice & gave us general information & answered all the questions we had.

Everyone there has been kind and caring.

I am here now because of a severe car accident. Am unable to walk. The Staff is so caring. They listen and communicate. They encourage me and clap for me when am making progress. They are warmly emotional and receptive. My diet is gluten free and they accommodate it. When I needed a bed pan, I apologize out of embarrassment and they tell me not to be embarrassed. They insist I use a bedpan because it is safer for me right now. They visit me throughout the day just to check on me. Before they leave the room, they ALWAYS ask if they can get me anything else. I cannot say enough good things about this place. The Staff here, really cares about the Patients.
