I didn’t want to give any stars but I had to, to post this review. The woman at the front desk was rude every time I dealt with daymark. When I was venting my frustrations they didn’t care at all. I will never step foot in a daymark again because of this.
The nurse did a great job to help me. She listened to my needs and followed up to ensure things went well.Im very pleased withy care
Very unprofessional place to work. Communication~None!
My son requested his past medical records to be requested in July it is now mid october. They kept saying they don't have them. He gave permission for me to speak with them and I spoke to the medical records clerk and told her that I know he put in the request. She said she does recall the conversation but doesn't see anything for him. Since covid, they only require verbal requests and not written. I gave her all of his past medical history and asked that the psychiatrist on his case, give me a call. She still hasn't called and it's been over 3 weeks. My husband put him on his insurance so that he could get the help he needs but this place is obviously not really concerned about putting patient's first. Even with me informing them of present and past issues and current major depression, they neglect to treat him. It is medical negligence and I'm in the process of looking into what they have billed insurance for since the only thing they have done is speak to him via phone once a month and put him on 2 medications of which neither have helped. If they would get his medical records, they would understand the issue but that's obviously too much for them. I am aware of the stance on the broke mental health system, but we can do better than this. I don't recommend anyone with family members in need of timely help turning to them. Sometimes, timelines is important and I can't think of any other field that it's more important in.
Good counselor just takes time to get used to new things
Sucks they only offer 3 month classes some of our required by state to maybe have one or two classes, so at day mark they just look at you say sorry then close the window on you. They need to offer more especially with them being the only one in the county
