I wish I could provide zero stars. Had a procedure done in 2018 and was told I would be covered fully by insurance. Fast forward a couple years later and I begin receiving bills for over $3k but when I call the office I am told to “just ignore it”. Finally asked to speak to billing, which took a week, when I got a notice this year - 7 years later - and am told that they would “take off some changes” but that I owe $320. The fact that I was lied to about what would be covered and what would not, that different people are telling me different stories, and that I still owe this horrible company money are unacceptable. Avoid at all costs and lawyer up if you have to deal with them.

I had a wonderful experience at Comprehensive Medical from the efficient and friendly check in procedures to the professional and very comfortable acupuncture treatment. Always a smile from any of the staff that I meet in the office. The office is very comfortable, clean and efficiently managed. I highly recommend Tom for acupuncture therapy. I look forward to my weekly treatments! Nanci

I have had a wonderful experience with all the staff at this facility! Allie is very attentive, knowledgeable and personable and has been a tremendous help in my rehab and recovery. This facility utilizes state of the art equipment.

I went in to comprehensive for my stiff neck and pain in upper back. Allie, the therapist there is amazing and she really treated my pain very well, gave me a very good exercise regime that has helped me a lot in strengthening my back and perform all daily activities without any pain. I recommend going to ALLIE. She’s the best therapist ever 😃
