Recover Pro is far and away the best in the business. The care and attentiveness provided from the entire staff is second to none. I came into the facility with pretty significant knee pain, and was not optimistic that I would be pain-free anytime soon. However, the problem was pin-pointed, and through a detailed PT/recovery plan, my knee feels better than ever. I was back on the court, ready to train my players in no time. Between the great providers and wide variety of first-class equipment, i’m not sure there is any place better to recover from injury or prevent future ones.

Have been coming here for 2 months. Great staff. Friemdly and professional and effective. Dr Sunkura has helped me significantly improve my knees and shoulder issues. Dr. Liu was upfront and honest about PRP injections. Rebecca, John, Matt, and Emily are great helping me with both my in- session exercises and providing information for my at home exercises that I do on my own, see theraband I purchased to facilitate home exercising, and they're also terrific with in-session therapies. Not certain yet I'll avoid joint replacement surgery for 3 joints, but the possibility went from 0% 2 months ago to possible today Hoping the next few weeks prove as successful. A well deserved big thank you. Btw, I climbed this ~900 step rock 3 years ago, and it's more possible I'll do it again soon.

I've been having shoulder pain and limited external rotation for a few years. A well regarded ortho told me my option was shoulder replacement. But instead, I hire a personal trainer who focused on my left shoulder, as well as overall conditioning. I also began PT. Dr. Sunkara examined me, confirmed the need for PT, and is guiding me in my journey to improve my shoulder function w/out the need for surgery. She also helped with my more recent knee injury providing medication and working with the staff to provide me with a brace and physical therpay with laser therapy. It's one been session but my knee seems to be responding well to the treatments being offered so I look forward to further improements for both my shoulder and knee!
