Really bad experience I took my child yesterday, with a little cold he had a sore throat, I already had done a couple of test for covid, both came negative, but the Doctor, there hardly want to check my child, I understand, that covid has affected us on many ways, but come on covid is not the only sickness during winter time, really bad service, doctor only check his throat and that sit, not even check his ears or anything else doctor didnt want it to get close to me or my child and she was protected head to toes and DOCTOR told me to do another PCR test, I said NO, that is is crazy I already have two negative test, so I got out from there went to Kinder pediatrics and guess was awesome service there and my child had an earinfection. If a doctor really want to success during this turbulent times they need to step up and do they work finding the real problem " NOT EVERYONE HAS COVID"

Apparently their rules changed and within the last month don’t covid test anyone over the age of 26. Would be nice if you let your patients know this who have come to you before and now all a sudden have a rule change

DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS THERE FOR A COVID TEST !! We arrived at 1pm for a simple PCR test… It took us 25 min to get registered with a dysfunctional app. Then, we had to wait for more than an hour to see a nurse and get the test performed…. and then another hour to see the Pediatrician who had nothing to tell us beside the fact that we would get the results in 48-72hours…This place is simply not organized to handle Covid test for kids.

Very good service, little waiting time (10 minutes - but I was also 10 minutes early). Went in on New Year’s Eve, and this was the only place which still had available COVID-19 tests for my son to take.Really don’t understand some of the other poor reviews below - seems some people are entitled to service despite our healthcare workers putting themselves at risk, shame really.

Just had the worst experience. I waited for two hours in my car like I was told. When I went inside to check on my wait time I was given the runaround and they wouldn’t even check my name. I finally decided to leave and when I got home I got a text that it was our turn. Total jerks.

Understanding that covid is everyone’s priority, seems like they forgot about kids sick with other ailments. And god forbid you have two young kids…one parent has to wait outside.

Trustworthy of urgent care is gone. My Son had fallen from sofa and he had some pain in his right arm. We visited this urgent care on 12/6. After paper work and we were asked to wait in room. Doctor came after sometime and examined his arm. She turned the arm in multiple positions and said everything looks good. I told her that he is not using his right arm for any actions. Then she referred X-ray. X-rays were taken. After some time,Doctor came to us and told X-ray report looks good and we are asked to leave the office. On the way to return to our home, Doctor called us and said radiology reports says "your son had bone fracture" and asked us to come back again for further discussion. We again visited there after 1 hour . She told that radiology reports came differently and referred us to visit the specialist bone doctor(Orthopedics).Question:Why Doctor told us X-rays looks good earlier and asked us leave?Why they mention Orthopedics as one of the services to be offered with the fact that they were going to refer another Orthopedic?

My little one was schedule for an evening visit. I checked in online for my husband and toddler and was concerned with the lengthy waitlist. The receptionist/assistant, Stephanie, answered the phone and was super polite with walking me through the process and advised evenings are their busiest time and tried to problem solve if he should wait or go home with our little one. Stephanie was empathetic, humorous and honest. Anyway, we stayed because we were assured that we’d be seen. I’m glad my husband didn’t leave! After the visit, my husband raved about the doctor as well (which is huge, since I have never heard him rave about any doctor). Totally recommend this location! Thanks Stephanie!

Horrible dirty unprofessional place to visit. Stuff is slow and disorganized. Nurse Susan should not be close to any patients, extremely rude! Wait time more then 1.5 hour even if you have an appointment! Waiting room is filled with sick patients. No cleaning in the rooms between patients. Stay away from this place !!!

Worst Experience with waiting times. Got there a d checked in but they kept taking appointments pasts my check in time!! The receptionist checked my documentation 45 mins after checking in and we still had to wait past that.
