Very good service, little waiting time (10 minutes - but I was also 10 minutes early). Went in on New Year’s Eve, and this was the only place which still had available COVID-19 tests for my son to take.Really don’t understand some of the other poor reviews below - seems some people are entitled to service despite our healthcare workers putting themselves at risk, shame really.

My little one was schedule for an evening visit. I checked in online for my husband and toddler and was concerned with the lengthy waitlist. The receptionist/assistant, Stephanie, answered the phone and was super polite with walking me through the process and advised evenings are their busiest time and tried to problem solve if he should wait or go home with our little one. Stephanie was empathetic, humorous and honest. Anyway, we stayed because we were assured that we’d be seen. I’m glad my husband didn’t leave! After the visit, my husband raved about the doctor as well (which is huge, since I have never heard him rave about any doctor). Totally recommend this location! Thanks Stephanie!

There was a bit of a wait at several stages, but I suppose that is to be expected for an emergency walk in. We saw Dr. Kita who was attentive and very helpful. Great experience with both the Nurse and the Doctor. We will definitely be going here again when needed.

The nurses were wonderful and professional.

I went there after 10PM because my 12 y/o daughter had an allergic reaction.The receptionist,medical assistant & Physician we’re all polite,professional & efficient.We were in & out of the office within a 1/2 hour & I don’t think we would have been treated any better than if we went to our family physician.Highly Recommended.

Urgent care by me closed at 8pm and i was told to come here. My four year old was screaming from a painful earache. I drove 30 min to this location and so happy i did. Check in was easy! Filled out new patient paperwork online and scanned barcode on door when i arrived. Next available appointment was 2 hours away but i was called in way earlier and seen 20 min later. The waiting room was bright and kid friendly. The staff were very nice and the doctor was great with my kids. You can tell when someone loves their job. To my surprise i was also given antibiotics the same visit. Thank you for being available and allowing my child to get through the night without pain. I will keep this place in mind next time my children need care.

Quick registration and service. I wish they open at least 8AM daily morning.

My 3.5year old daughter fell and cut her eyelid. We called on the way there and we were sent forms via text to complete in the car. Once we were done, we were taken right in and had no wait. The nurse brought us back and the Dr was in shortly after. The entire staff was very friendly and my daughter felt very comfortable there. I would definetly go back again.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! And not just this one specifically but PM Pediatrics as a whole. No matter what location I go to I have a fast and great experience. Everyone from the receptionist to the doctor are nothing less than amazing. I ALWAYS refer people here for their little ones. Thank you PM Pediatrics for always assuring that I can trust you all with my daughter. Always there when I need you all 💖

A good place. Avoid the hospital
