As an alumni I can personally speak to the power and potential this program helped add to my life. I entered broken and unable to see my life heading in any direction but down and even death. In the year I spent there I was able to mend relationships, get my career started and begin to see a brighter outlook for my future. To anyone who needs help and can't see a positive future for their life I would highly recommend this program to you. It's all about your motivation and dedication to your own life but the staff definitely makes it easier and helps you find things in yourself you may not have even known were there.

I had such a wonderful experience at SOBA College Recovery. I spent the first 10 months of my sobriety here and have maintained my sobriety since. I credit a lot of this to College Recovery, the wonderful people there, and the roles that all of them played on my road to recovery. They provided me with a comfortable environment, friendly and supportive staff, and kept me busy throughout my stay. I made genuine connections with the staff and clients in the program and had a lot of fun as well as learning a lot about myself.

As an alumnus of SOBA College Recovery, I can personally speak to the merits of this program. I was able to turn my entire life around. I went from not being interested in living life at all, and consumed by my drug addiction, to living my life to the fullest. I have a good job, which just so happens to be with the housing facility of the very same program that changed my life. I am putting all my energy into a career path and even have a place I call home. The staff at both the housing and clinical facility are top notch. They care deeply about the clients and do everything in their power to help them excel in both their personal lives and path to recovery. SOBA College Recovery changed my life, and I am glad to know it will continue to change the lives of addicts for years to come.

Working for SOBA College Recovery has been an absolute delight. I have been able to excel in many areas I did not think possible for myself. The other staff here at College Recovery made this possible for me. My co-workers spend ample time building each other up and working as a team; setting beautiful examples for our clients here. To be able to help others in recovery find a new way of life is an opportunity that I am very thankful for.Our model is so much different than most current programs in this area. I see these young individuals actually grow into active members of society with the help of all of our clinical and housing staff. Whether it may be making their first resume or getting back into college (or going for the first time), talking with estranged family or regaining custody of their children, handling legal issues, finding new hobbies or career paths and simply stating clean in the process... All of these experiences can be difficult for someone young in recovery. We help these moments go as smoothly and as positively as possible. We see miracles happen first hand every day!

Hands down one of the best substance abuse programs in the country. The staff, both clinical and housing are some of the most amazing people I have ever met. The friends I met in this program are REAL friends I intend have relationships with for the rest of my life. It's a long term program (up to a year) that tailors to your needs. Although I left college recovery because of a relapse, I truly believe CR helped me tremendously. They do not give up on their clients if they relapse. They require their clients to be actively working steps with a sponsor, and regular 12 step meeting attendance. Helps keeps us accountable. I would recommend this program to anyone who struggles with addiction or mental illness. Can not say enough good things about this place. 5/5 easily.

College Recovery was my first experience with treatment, and I'm incredibly grateful that I chose this program. Having had no knowledge of what I was looking for, I really lucked out. Thankfully this is a comprehensive prgram, that was tailored my specific needs. As a mother it was critical that I get the treatment I need whilst still being able to parent my child. I would recommend this program to anyone in need.

I graduated from College Recovery a little over a year ago, and i still keep in contact with the other clients who were there as well as the housing technicians. I spent the majority of my first year of sobriety there and truly believe I would not be alive, let alone sober, if I hadn't gone there. Housing staff and clinical both provided me with the tools I needed to succeed, and now with over 2 years sober I am forever grateful to this program.

SOBA college recovery is the best treatment program in New Jersey. The housing is more than accommodating and both staff and clients help to provide a fun, family oriented community. You will never get bored at SOBA. There are plenty of fun activities that can help reignite a passion for an old hobby or spark new interests. My favorite part about SOBA was definitely family group, it helped me so much. If your looking for some real recovery go to SOBA, the place even has a dog!
