List of Jag Physical Therapy's Reviews
I ran the 50th NYC marathon back in November, and I injured my calf during the race. I did the thing doctors say you shouldn't do and WAITED for my injury to magically heal itself. Suffice it to say that didn't happen, so I eventually sought out qualified physical therapists to help rehab my calf injury.Enter: JAG-ONE. The Madison Avenue office is quaint, tight-knit, and personal in a great way. You'll first be greeted by a kind and thoughtful doorman (Shout out Emmanuel) before proceeding up to the 2nd-floor office where you'll meet Czarina or Savannah at the front desk - either way, you win. Both very friendly and considerate. Next, you'll be greeted by one of the PT's - Erin or Dan - or their help - Viktoria, Laron, Michelle, among others. I'd tell you who to avoid but quite frankly there is no one at this office who fits that bill.Erin was my PT for the duration. I went in sore and uncertain of the extent of my injuries, and from the get-go, Erin took care of me with her wealth of knowledge, expertise as a physical therapist, empathy, careful consideration and attention to detail. Most importantly, I felt like she actually cared not only about restoring me back to full health, but also about making me better and stronger than before. What more can you ask of your PT?I just want to issue a resounding THANK YOU to this office, all of its staff and management, and all of you who give this business your patronage, because it's a win-win for everyone involved.Oh, did I mention they occasionally give out gratuitous goodie bags to their patients? Icing on the cake.

I was in NY for several weeks and needed to continue with my physical therapy because of a recent knee replacement. I had an excellent experience at JAG-ONE PT. The therapists were extremely knowledgeable and caring. I would definitely recommend them, and when I am back in New York I will continue to use them.
Erin is wonderful physical therapist. I got referred by pain management doctor after I got an injection for my sciatica pain. She noted details what I needed, her guides made me less pain and my leg flexibility. I also like positive energy from the team.
The physical therapist, Dan Spinelli is very knowledgeable and caring, he pointed out from the first appointment from where my problem is coming from and he was right. I already feel better with the program that he created for me!The front desk lady, Czarina was very helpful when I called the fist time to make the appointment, which was the next day, also always welcoming and very nice! All the aides are very caring and nice in helping me with my exercises!I thank you all for helping me to get better!I am very thankful that I came to Jag-One Madison Avenue for my physical therapy!I would recommend with confidence and all my heart Jag-One Madison Avenue as your physical therapist!
Highly competent and compassionate, this team of physical therapists is paying very close attention to my body's needs week after week and is helping me make better and faster progress, after a bad injury, than I would have thought possible. The front desk people are great, too, working out all the complex health insurance issues.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
