List of Presbyterian Family Medicine In Albuquerque On Montgomery Blvd's Reviews
The front desk reception makes it a point to put on an unpleasant attitude, is snarky, and unprofessional.
Quick service and professional.
Bad customer service
I was disappointed at the lack of care. I had staff who didn't give damn. I had test run did not get proper diagnosis. And on my after care instructions it's says to take ibuprofen every 6 to 8 hours. I had to go to another state for medical care in person. I was charged did not receive any bills and had one bill sent to a collection agency. I had to call my insurance company for help. Never again.
Dr. Bagga is an amazing PCP.
I guess they don’t believe in answering their phone over here, ridiculous.
A lot of these comments trip me TF out yo. "My doctor is mean because he told me I was fat, wah" "I have a bad doctor because because he told me I couldn't have my xanax, wahhh!!". Guess what, it's a doctor's/nurse practitioner's/PA's job to tell you you are obese or you WILL DIE from it. Guess what, xanax is a dangerous, addictive drug and should only be used in a minority of people. Good medicine is not popular because they have to tell you the TRUTH. If you want a pill pusher and a sell out willing to tell you what you want to hear, go to another practice. I have been taking my kids and my elderly parents to this clinic for years and the attention has always been superb.
PHS/PGM/Pres Centennial Care DO NOT Provide the following services to Medicaid Members : My Account is proof : PHS ONLY provides these services to those who have Insurance by job and/or buy health insurance outright OR pay out of pocket: CANCER TESTING - they will give the Cancer Scare to generate more office visits to collect from Medicaid BUT they do not provide this service to Medicaid Members. Pain Management & Implant Support Dermatology Cancer Treatment - - they will give the Cancer Scare to generate more office visits to collect from Medicaid BUT they do not provide this service to Medicaid Members. PHS is all talk, no action. But they will go out of their way to collect!
If I could give this place no stars I would. I made an appointment here to establish care with a PCP after moving to ABQ from TX, I hadn't been under the care of a doctor for a year and the doctor I saw was aware of that. The nurse who took my vitals was very rude and treated me like I was an idiot, once I saw the doctor he proceeded to refill prescriptions for medication I hadn't taken in a year and told me to start taking them again. I filled my prescriptions and began the medication and a few days later was so violently ill I could hardly get out of bed. I sent a message to my doctor telling him what was going on, he called me and told me I needed to continue taking it because of my health which to me made no sense because he had no idea where I was health wise because I never got labs done. The lack of compassion in his voice was so off putting. I have to admit I was traumatized from that experience a year later after I got new insurance I established care with another medical group, I got labs done and all revealed I was HEALTHY, aside from one thing which was extremely under control and I didn't need the medicine he was prescribing me.
I love this Presbyterian office. The registration desk is hit or miss but having Tri-Core in house for labs is so convenient! It is not a big location and there is never a huge wait! I personally see Dr. Conlon as my internal medicine guy. He is thorough and personable. I have several rare conditions that I will deal with my entire life and I feel safe with him coordinating my care. There is ample seating space as well as a variety of options such as wider seats. They also have vending machines in case low blood sugar hits. There is a free water cooler as well. The nursing staff is top notch and responds quickly to messages via the online MyChart system. Today they even put me in another room that came available that Dr. Bagga wasn't using so Dr. Conlon could see patients more efficiently and Sarah, the MA, started my visit right away.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
