I went to chanel for a hydra facial and my skin was GLOWING afterwords. She’s so sweet and funny I had a great time and would recommend to anyone! Love the vibe of the med spa as well.

I have suffered from chronic pain and inflammation. I started this whole body cryotherapy and have had 3 treatments, I'm amazed how much it had helped lowering pain and inflammation in my joints. the facility is clean and the staff super friendly!! highly recommend it for everyone who suffers from RA, lupus or any autoimmune that cause pain and inflammation. Cryotherapy can be a great add to your treatment.

So today was the first time here i did the whole body cryo treatment. I was greeted by one of the women at the desk, Danielle I think her name was,she gave me a tour of the place and explained how cryotherapy can help me with my existing issues. She answered all of my questions and had great knowledge about an existing sports injury that did not exclude me from getting the treatment. Overall great service on her part, although the man that assisted me with the tank was unable to clarify another question I thought of during the treatment, I dont know if he didnt hear me, but he was very hard to hear while the tank was in operation. After the tank started my neck started feeling really cold, I had a necklace on and quickly realized I probably shouldn't have had metal on my body but I wasnt aware of it as he did not tell me to take it off. And lastly, I hate to bring this up, but in previous businesses I've operated employees showing public displays of affection in the workplace is very unprofessional and inappropriate.the gentleman that helped me in the tank had his girlfriend or wife I assume come in and kissed him right in front of my self and other customers that were there. But overall I will be back

A friend of mine referred me to come here because i recently suffered a knee injurie and was told that cryotherapy really helped her out . I had some questions about it due to my past medical history however when I called the gentleman I talked to was very unsure and back and forth with his answers and didn't seem to really want to look into my individual medical situation. After talking with him I spoke to my friend again she urged me to call again this time I spoke with a young lady who put me at ease and answered all my questions confidently. Also ad I will update my review after I try my first session once I'm cleared by my Dr.
