Hanger Clinic's Online Review Report Card

Update: initial review was five stars, follow up appointment to pick up my inserts have now made it a two star review. They claimed to have called and left a voicemail stating that my inserts had not arrived in time for my follow up appointment. That was kind of expected as they mentioned it in my initial appointment. While they did call to inform me of this, they did not leave a voicemail stating as much, it was a bunch of number pressing as though an adolescence was operating a phone. I thought it was a spam call because I get many calls a day and do not keep track of numbers. The receptionist said, “I was there when she called and left a voicemail.” I played the beeping voicemail for her to counter her argument. Why would she decide to argue with me in the first place was beyond me, as I was already on my way out the door. She could’ve let me go and called me when the inserts are ready. Instead she chose to raise her voice. She’s a liar and as such it’s difficult to place my trust in these people. I’ll get my insets when they arrive and promptly depart, to never return. Initial review: Came here to get some inserts made for me. I was referred by the VA community care, and while it did take a while to get in for fitting, when I attended my appointment I found everyone to be friendly and courteous. The process took about 10 minutes. Now I wait for the inserts to be made and returned back. Just a heads up, parking at this location can be difficult since there are so many medical offices in the building, and since most spots are reserved for certain offices.

Good working ambience... from the moment I arrived front desk Liz had all my forms pre-filled ready to go... very friendly!!! Andy was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed... showed genuine compassion!! Great location and staff!!! THANK YOU!!!

If I could give this place zero stars I would I was at this hanger clinic in Henderson I had this lady as my doctor she was all rude saying they can't make arch supports for boots just shoes back in June this year I got new balance shoes through Medicaid but they wore out already I have a Twitter account I'm doing a partisan to fight against Medicaid so if you have the same problem my username is Yozuph Nyruzun on Twitter please add me on Twitter help me so that someday we can get Medicaid to change their rules don't put up with this I'm done with the hanger clinic after I pick up my new arch supports in a couple of weeks I'll see if my diabetic foot specialist will find me another podiatrist who is willing to work with me if you have the same problem I do please talk to your diabetic foot specialist and see if they can refer you to another podiatrist the hanger clinic is the worst place I've ever been to I hope they go out of business someday I hope the woman who is my doctor will go to Hell someday

The absolute worst experience I have had for a prosthetic. I spent months waiting in Havasu to get it done. Finally asked to go to Vegas in hopes of having the adjustments made. Went to the office in Henderson. The girl who handled foot orthotics told me she did not know anything about it was extremely rude to me did not know anything about the orthotic. told me my prescription was no good. Despite the fact it was already built nobody knew where it went. After talking over me in a loud firm voice in front of a patient she told me to not raise my voice. Then stormed off. I felt like I was thrown out. Two other bad experiences with them you would think I would learn. Just my opinion I could be wrong

this place is Awsome, Everyone is very nice, service was top notch will recommend them to everyone, they really care and it shows

My 5 star review is for ANDY!!! WOOOOOP WOOOOP TO ANDY!!! Had originally got fitted after 8 hours in the ER by another rep, however felt no relief or support. Called ny neurologist, my PCP no one knew how to help but said call the maker. So I called Hanger and they set me up to see ANDY and HE CHANGED THE BACK BRACE GAME!!!! SO PROFESSIONAL AND HE KNOWS HIS STUFF!! He custom fit my back brace for me. WOOOP WOOP TO ANDY!!!

Worst place possible. So unprofessional! I was trying to talk to the front office girl and she wouldn’t make any eye contact nor looked at the paper my doctor gave me. How rude are these people.
