Pm Pediatrics. Bayside's Online Review Report Card

If I could give zero stars I would. I booked my daughters appointment last night @ 9pm. Pre filled all her paperwork. Uploaded all insurance card pictures. The usual process; being this is not our 2,3, or 4th time at this facility. I arrive and check in 20 mins before, receive the text saying we are ready for you pls come in when you are ready. I am taking my 3 (y/o) out of my vehicle. My phone rings it’s The receptionist so I state we are walking in now. She states “ oh no that’s not why I’m calling, we no longer take your insurance as of last year (w/e date she said ) which is untrue b/c my daughter was seen after that date and prescribed medication from the doctor who saw her. She states “ oh well we FORGOT and we had to wave the fee for all 11 ppl who have your insurance. I then stated I made this appointment last night. It’s now a min to my daughters appointment to be calling me to tell me I would have to pay out of pocket . How unprofessional. I could have made arrangements elsewhere for my daughter who is in need to be seen and diagnosed. And the mere fact that of course it’s not them with a sickly child it’s an oh well attitude after I fought traffic and it’s now 4 in the afternoon. Disgusting and extremely unprofessional. Now I have to search for a facility. Had they efficient or diligent I would have received a phone call this morning ! Not when I’m walking in the door. ZERO ! Do better !

I’m so disappointed with this place. My daughter was complaining of a headache and stomachache last night. My husband took her over around 10:30 and was told she wouldn’t been seen even though the place was empty . “We only see severe cases from 10 pm- 12 am.” The rude receptionist said it states that on the website. I’ve searched and still can’t find that. This place should be shut down for turning children away!

My 12 month old had a possible seizure and they REFUSED to see her, the African lady in the front wouldn’t even let me speak and tell her what was going on. Already have been reported to the department of health and to corporation. Extremely ghetto, don’t even este your time, just go to Cohens children hospital instead.

Front desk is rude acting as if we're there for free. We are paying customers and patients.

Amazing workers! Got my PCR back fast since I'm traveling, and under the current surge they were still so nice.

I went today 12/04/2021 4pm The front desk lady is rude and needs an attitude adjustment.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. They make you wait 3+ hours for a COVID test. There’s no one working at the desk. Absolutely horrible experience for my family.

Horrible horrible place I took my son because he said his throat hurt and he didn’t feel good… they seen him said he was perfectly fine and that he had no fever and needs to just blow his nose… I question the doctor saying you sure he’s fine and she said yes to give him Flonase (might have spelled that wrong) ten minutes later my son couldn’t walk and was very tired and week I get him in the house and he has 103.0 fever now there is no way he did not have a fever at urgent care and ten minutes later he gets a fever and it shoots straight up to 103 I do not recommend this place at all

This place is pure trash!!! It’s so sad how the business aspect comes before patient care!!! My 10 month old came in with a fever of 102.5 because I had not correctly uploaded the insurance information they would not continue with intake, my husband was in route with the insurance and still they refused to take him in until they had insurance information or a cash payment upfront prior to the visit. Unfortunately, my little guy had to sit in the waiting room for an hour until his father arrived in order to be seen. Then the front desk had the audacity to tell me she had been patient with me but she has a job to do. I am DISGUSTED!!!! Find any other urgent care if you want your child seen by medical professionals who really care

Horrible experience for the first time,Have been a customer for yearsTonight I show up with my 7year old,At 10:30 my son woke up and said his throat hurts,By 11 o’clock on my way to PM pediatrics.I get there 11:27, front desk lady asked me why I was there so I explained. Front desk person said “The doctor cannot see any more patients it’s after 11:30”I said it’s not 11:30 yet,Please I drove here let me be the last customer,Lady said” no I am sorry come back tomorrow at 12”I said it’s not fair, her reply was it’s not fair that the doctor saw over 100 patients,I went and sat in my car with my son , then asked my wife to call if they can do a strep throat test, two times the same. Put my wife on hold then hanged up.So disappointed.
