I always have a great experience every time I go. The doctors and nurses are so professional and courteous. Today, my child accidentally hurt the nurse during the exam. The nurse called me to let me know that I should not feel bad at all, that my child was just scared. Thank you for your kindness and understanding! Thank you for being available on a sunday!!

Went for a PCR Covid test. They had excellent safety procedures, an easy electronic sign-in process and the staff, nurse and doctor were excellent.

I brought my daughter to PM Pediatrics due to what I thought was a possible sprained or fractured wrist/arm. The wait was about 10-15 minutes. The staff was welcoming and friendly. I had the pleasure of speaking with Maria Ramirez Tovar, MD. I was so overwhelmed and nervous upon arriving, I was unsure if my daughter would need a cast or to get x rays down. Shortly after describing the occurrence to the doctor, she examined her arm. She twisted her arm a certain way, which made her cry for a short time but within minutes after she was moving her arm around as if nothing ever happened! I was stunned and in disbelief! What Maria Ramirez Tovar, MD did in that room was pure amazing and magic as far as I’m concerned. She diagnosed her with having a Nursemaid’s Elbow. I had never even heard of such a thing! I am so thankful to her and the staff at PM Pediatrics in Bayside for helping my daughter feel better and would highly recommend for any parents looking for their child to receive amazing care! I always have great experience with this facility.Now!They DO NOT give adults over 26+ COVID19 Test!!However!Since this location does pediatric COVID19 Testing, they offer parents/ guardians COVID19 test as well.Everyone, EVERYONE including parents/guardians need to sign in.
