She is pleasant, but she treats patients as guinea pigs prescribing medication she says "won't do anything for pulmonary congestion." She says she wants my husband to see a cardiologist, but she never informed her office staff about that. He had to pursue the request to get the name. She included a prescription in the notes given to him that she never discussed with him, and it helped his pulmonary condition enormously.
I honestly woulda given 3 stars, but three stars is listed as "good", and I would grade her as "mediocre". She gave basically 1 useful piece of advice each time, but she wasn't all that interested in me and my condition, so she failed to a) give me the sense that reaching conclusions based on all evidence available and b) verify I understood how to implement her advice. All in all, visiting with her reminds me of those textbooks that discuss the problem of patients not fully disclosing relevant information to doctors because the patient is ashamed or the doctor is uninterested.

Dr. is quite nice and knowledgeable. What ruined the entire experience was her office staff. Dressed completely inappropriate, bras hanging out, Etc.. I can deal with.. but watching a woman eat her hard boiled eggs while talking, waiting 45 minutes to speak to office staff while 3 do nothing astonishing. Put your staff in scrubs, split the work so patients can be seen by the office staff in an optimal time frame. Do yourself a favor walk into your waiting room midway throuhh the day and look
