This people are so lazy and unprofessional, don't ever attempt to open a case with them, they won't call you back and will leave you wondering if you ever spoke, when you call them try to find out the case status they play dumb, get defensive and treat like you like you're crazy just to justify their actions, they will say you never filled out any of the documents they sent you thought Gmail; but if this the actual case they're are supposed to let us clients know our Gmails aren't being sent so we can check our computers, we don't have free time to spend playing around and filling out the same document 10 times just because your employees are probably not experienced when it comes to technology.The coordinator Lourdes is very forgetful, rude and narcissistic and sounds too arrogant and entitled when she's just a coordinator not even the CEO...
I had worked with Edison home care as a CDPAP member for about 5 years. And I had a great Experience with them my coordinator was ms. Barbara in the beginning and then it switch over to Noel Guzman which is an awesome person always is willing to handle any situation with any of his workers and take some time to resolve the problem not just throws you off. So my experience was great with them and I don’t have anything bad to say now I won’t longer be working as a CDPAP member everything is going to be switched over now to PCA which I’m excited about for my parents. THANK YOU EDISON!!!!
they do not respect the aides, not also respect for the work and the efforts that the aides make. on several occasions I have been contacted by coordinators for replacements, and each time I go to the patient, I am rejected on the pretext that no one has warned that a replacement should be made. move for a long distance for nothing. they will tell you, you will get a payment for the travel, and you will never receive, it's just 15 dollars. I strongly recommend this agency, they are very disrespectful.
My mom switched to this agency a few yrs ago because her aide switched to them i can honestly say they have been good to her an her Coordinator i believe her name is Barbara has been attentive when reached out to my only issue is please answer yall phone lines great agency overall with care her home attendant is GREAT !
My mother has been with this company for about four months. The coordinators are horrible and disrespectful. I only had one good Aide. When they switch the aide they should notified you. That a new person is coming to your home. When you are dealing with a parent With dementia. Change is not good for them. I’m in the process of switching from this company.
The aides are good despite the minor language barrier . They clean, just need to know more American cuisine However two of my aides told me they haven’t gotten paid from the agency in three-four weeks . The agency told they they must wait.. now if they refuse to come back because they didn’t get paid which I don’t blame them, I’ll be left stuck
