This people are so lazy and unprofessional, don't ever attempt to open a case with them, they won't call you back and will leave you wondering if you ever spoke, when you call them try to find out the case status they play dumb, get defensive and treat like you like you're crazy just to justify their actions, they will say you never filled out any of the documents they sent you thought Gmail; but if this the actual case they're are supposed to let us clients know our Gmails aren't being sent so we can check our computers, we don't have free time to spend playing around and filling out the same document 10 times just because your employees are probably not experienced when it comes to technology.The coordinator Lourdes is very forgetful, rude and narcissistic and sounds too arrogant and entitled when she's just a coordinator not even the CEO...
