My personal experience with heart to heart from the start has been amazing. When I called to receive information the customer service on the phone was extremely welcoming and extra knowledgeable. They answered all my questions nothing was left unanswered. My first day walking into the office to apply was very welcoming the ladies at the front desk are extremely nice. I was worried entering a new journey but so happy I did. I learned so much from the classes R.N Katiria Rojas. I can say is one of the test teacher her patience her experience I was extremely glad to learn from her. She will answer all questions always had time to go over until you felt comfortable. She came in every day cheerful and ready to teach and help. Ms.Melenie (The Recruiter) is very nice and welcoming explains everything very cheerful took her job serious in a caring way to each and every classmate. If you are thinking of starting a new career this is the place for you. I wish I would have done it years ago. My time from start to finish was amazing. I walk away with new knowledge and experience. Its a wonderful environment and experience the entire staff is great they answer all my questions the nurse instructor is amazing im learning alot the hands on training they offer is amazing and also knowledgeable I highly recommend this agency to any one looking for a future in the field of h.h.a and p.c.a hearts to hearts will not let you down if your willing to learn they are a great and amazing place agency and staff

This place is free so it seems genuine but it’s not . Hours are fit for a teenager. No grown adult should be working at this lousy company. They have the nerve to always get an attitude when you refuse lousy hours. If you have kids what you gonna feed them a cookie ?? They don’t even give you your certificate after you complete the class. My advice use this free company wait a couple weeks pick up your certificate that they should have gave you once you completed it and then switch to another company.

Terrible interview process.. called me the day before to schedule an interview for the next day and when I arrive, I am told to wait 2 hours because nobody could interview me & finally when I am interviewed it lasted less than 5 minutes. Unprofessional and pretty sure they’re looking for people who are also unprofessional. Not worried about a call back from these people.

They were my mother’s home care agency for some time, they lied to get us there saying that they could accommodate her but when she transferred there, the aides that they sent were the worse. The coordinators were nasty and disrespectful as well. (NOTICE THAT MOST OF THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE PEOPLE THAT WENT THERE TO WORK BECAUSE IN THE TRAINING THEY TELL PEOPLE GO GIVE THEM 5 STARS. ) THE REASON FOR THAT IS BECAUSE THEY CAN NIT ALLOW THE REAL REVIEWS TO BE THEIR RATINGS BECAUSE THEY SOULS SURELY GET ONE STAR ( The lowest rating) FROM EVERYONE!!! I WOULD NEVER EVER ALLOW MY MOTHER TO USE THIS AGENCY AGAIN THEY NEED TO BE INVESTIGATED.
