My personal experience with heart to heart from the start has been amazing. When I called to receive information the customer service on the phone was extremely welcoming and extra knowledgeable. They answered all my questions nothing was left unanswered. My first day walking into the office to apply was very welcoming the ladies at the front desk are extremely nice. I was worried entering a new journey but so happy I did. I learned so much from the classes R.N Katiria Rojas. I can say is one of the test teacher her patience her experience I was extremely glad to learn from her. She will answer all questions always had time to go over until you felt comfortable. She came in every day cheerful and ready to teach and help. Ms.Melenie (The Recruiter) is very nice and welcoming explains everything very cheerful took her job serious in a caring way to each and every classmate. If you are thinking of starting a new career this is the place for you. I wish I would have done it years ago. My time from start to finish was amazing. I walk away with new knowledge and experience. Training has been quite a good experience. I truly feel like I've learned some valuable on the job skills, as a PCA. As a whole I can't wait to get started!!!

Mi experiencia fue excelente ya que las clase son muy buenas y una aprende todo lo necesario para el curso, me encantó la profesora ,el aula es muy limpia y espaciosa, no dan café, te y tenemos microondas para calentar los alimentos que llevamos ,en conclusión un curso muy bueno

Its a wonderful environment and experience the entire staff is great they answer all my questions the nurse instructor is amazing im learning alot the hands on training they offer is amazing and also knowledgeable I highly recommend this agency to any one looking for a future in the field of h.h.a and p.c.a hearts to hearts will not let you down if your willing to learn they are a great and amazing place agency and staff
