Worst hospital ever. Dirty, unprofessional staff, unorganized and unsanitary. There’s feces at the entrance of the emergency room. Someone spit on the door and it stayed there. The staff are falling all over each other and I don’t think they know what customer service means. They need to change management because this isn’t working.

Came here because I tested positive for covid a few days ago. However my symptoms got worse (chest pains) so I decided to go to the emergency department just to make sure this didn’t turn into pneumonia. The nurse that was supposed to triage me immediately said “well that’s covid you should be home quarantining you out here spreading it”. First of all I had on a mask under my N95. Second I work in the medical field as well. We never refuse medical treatment. Third she didn’t even have HER MASK over her nose. People need to pick other career choices because they have no compassion at this hospital. I would never come here again

I took my daughter her because she had a 105.1 and very lethargic so I call the ambulance. Why do they have young pediatric patients go through the adult emergency room to get to the pediatric emergency? My kids are too young to wear a mask, I felt sick just walking through there with them. The hospital should not have young toddler's and infants going through the overcrowded emergency room during a pandemic .

Worst hospital ever my mother went there they found out she had a brain bleed took them 24 hours to admit her. They give no information about what’s going on to family.they don’t pick up their phones and if u do reach a nurse they give u attitude.

The absolute worst service ! patient care really needs improvement. Most Nurses have the worst attitude and the doctors are quick to prescribe pills and discharge you. Thishospital needs lots of renovations and new equipment . I had my baby here and the maternity unit was a good experience

the staff at this facility is 100% rude. they have an unwillingness to help. the staff is snippy and harsh. ill stick to northwell.medical records is RUDE, patient relations is RUDE. I asked for a name of a department and got ping ponged to every department and they constantly cut me off mid sentence.

If you want to sit in an emergency room for 2 hours with rude employees who ignore you and refuse to help with the reason you’re there, this is the best hospital.I will continue to go NYU instead. I needed my wrist treated after a fall on my bike and I was never seen by staff.
