I was really surprised to see so many negative reviews because my experience at this hospital was the exact opposite. I had bariatric surgery at Brookdale Hospital and had a great experience! Dr Hufford and his team did an amazing job preparing me and I’ve already lost 80 pounds in about six months. He is one of the most caring doctors I’ve ever seen and I can’t say enough about resignation how well I was treated throughout the entire process.

I can attest to professional and excellent services I received at Brookdale Hospital. These services were from both non-medical and medical staff; from pre-op visits to discharge. Profound gratitude must be extended to Dr Wendy-Ann Olivier and her wonderful team of professionals who made me very comfortable through the entire process. Special mention is also given to Nurse Doris, who was very comforting to me in ensuring that my fears and nervousness were removed prior to my surgery.Thank you all for a job well done.

Well, I know many people have a lot to say about Brookdale Hospital, because it is in an under served community. But I’m here to tell you that there STROKE UNIT happens to be one of the best in the city.. My mother had a stroke at the end of July. The Staff was waiting for her at the door. Administering her the medicine she needs. They took her into surgery within 15-20 minutes.. It is to many names to mention, but the NEUROLOGY Staff and it’s team 😘 shout out to you for taken care of her.. My mom is in recovery and making great progress, because it started with you. The Dr.’s. Nurses, CNA, transport and others BIG SHOUT OUT TO BROOKDALE HOSPITAL.. I appreciate you all and I am forever grateful for the work you have done!!!

Safe experience at Brookdale Hospital ... admitting staff was direct and through... they explained everything (step). I asked questions and they gently and effectively answered... they are culturally relevant which I highly appreciated. Brookdale is my neighborhood hospital and I’m grateful for the results of my surgeries throughout the years, particularly after my maternity stay there. Today I have completed another surgery to which I’m again completely grateful to all the attending staff... security, orderlies, anesthesiologists, RNs in training, special thanks to the recovery crew who took care of my prescriptions when the hospital pharmacy was closed. Thank you for Good Faith.

I haven’t been to the adult ER but looks like there is always a long wait. However, the pediatrician ER has been the best experience every time I come for my son. I refuse to go to any other ER.

Haven't been to the ER but the other places are very good like the gyn if you're pregnant.
