I came here after my doctor diagnosed me with a shoulder strain caused by weightlifting. It was the first time I experienced a somewhat serious weightlifting injury. My PT, Albert, was amazing at the initial evaluation, explaining to me clearly what might have caused the injury, what was injured, and the plan for how to slowly rehab it. It has been three months, and I can confidently say that I am nearly back to my pre-injury condition. I believe I will come out stronger and more confident! Albert also weight-lifts, so he not only listens to how you’re feeling and guides you through exercises at the office and at home but also gives me advice on different exercises I was struggling with. This location also has excellent physical therapy assistants, such as Danny, who are available to support you if you have questions or simply need someone to talk to! Also, the location is run by Nathan, who is super kind. The location is very spacious and has an abundance of equipment for all PT needs, including a squat rack, plates, mats, resistance bands, a rowing machine, exercise balls, kettlebells, dumbbells, cables, cardio machines, and even hot and cold pads! Overall, I’m very happy I found this place, and hopefully it stays a staple for my PT needs. Don’t hesitate to give them a call for an initial evaluation. They’ll work with you on your plan in alliance with your health insurance.

I recently had foot surgery so I was looking for an office as close to my home as possible. I’m extremely happy I found this place. Dror is my therapist and he’s amazing. I also work with Tyler the exercise specialist and he pushes me to my limit. Between the two of them, I feel like I’m becoming stronger than I was pre surgery.

When you are going physical pain ut always leads to emotional discomfort. However the guys at this location really understand what it takes for overall health. My PT Jesse is amazing he developed a plan just for me not some cookie cutter routine. I have rapidly made improvements. Then my trainers Tyler and Danny push me as far as I can go without discomfort. I sincerely appreciate the service that I receive. This type of hospitality and genuine care is rare now days.
