Came in with my shoulders in shambles, came out stronger with a deeper understanding on how to strengthen my shoulders in order for them to feel better. Levi was super attentive and made sure I understood my MRI diagnosis. Everyone at the office is super kind regardless if they’re your assigned PT. Eric is really great with all the patients as well!

Usually reviews you should give pros and cons… I have no cons, Evolve Mill Basin absolutely amazing!!! As a Nurse Practitioner who works at one of the top orthopedic hospitals in the world, Evolve has blown my mind with the quality of care this institute provides. As a patient, I have received exceptional care that literally gave me my life back… I want to thank Jeanne and Ray for working week after week to help me regain loss function. I was in so much pain and decreased flexibility and mobility made everyday tasks impossible. After working with Jeanne and Ray, I am now back to myself. Also, as a clinician, this place gets a 12/10 because every Physical Therapist and Assistant works with patients to regain function. Quality, professional impeccable care in the heart of Brooklyn. Evolve PT has absolutely professional qualified therapists. Chris and Lewis as a team is very hard to beat. Office is managage well, lots of moving parts, very efficient and they make you feel comfortable while being busy. If you need PT just go to this place
