Working with Karen has been a really positive experience. She’s professional, approachable, and genuinely cares about helping my mom feel better. Her work on my mom’s neck and shoulder area including soft tissue techniques, scapular mobilization, and guided stretching has made a noticeable difference in reducing her stiffness and pain. My mom has also been sleeping better as a result. The exercises Karen provided, like scapular retraction drills and neck mobility and stretching routines, have been super helpful. She consistently checks in to see how things are going and adjusts the plan based on my mom’s feedback. We’ve seen real progress, and we’re very grateful for her care.

I’ve had a great experience working with Karen during my physical therapy sessions. She’s knowledgeable, attentive, and always takes the time to tailor both the exercises and manual therapy to my specific needs. The posture-focused exercises she guided me through have really helped with my alignment and overall mobility. Her hands-on techniques and clear instruction make a big difference in my progress. She speaks in between giving me feedback on what I can do to improve making it feel like a comfortable environment. Karen’s professionalism and positive attitude create a supportive and effective therapy environment. She is a very funny and outgoing person and shows that she really cares about the health of me and my grandmother. Highly recommend!

This is hands-down one of the best physical therapy clinics I’ve been to. Everyone is very professional and the care was definitely top-notch. Working with Eric has been a huge help as he extremely attentive, thoughtful, and puts a lot of thought behind every exercise he gives me.

I love this place so much. They treat my daughter so well, they are above and beyond friendly and the office is very modern. I even love the music they play in the waiting room. I highly recommend this location to everyone!
