I had the best possible experience at Professional PT’s Back Bay location under the kind attention of Nick Almonte, DPT. During a months-long rehab for a broken arm, he continuously challenged and encouraged me, resulting in a return to functionality I was not sure at the outset could be achieved. The facility is spotless and all the staff on hand work as a team to make each session efficient and productive. It’s a joyful atmosphere, where everyone knows your name - very conducive to healing!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience here! I came in dealing with a torn meniscus, and thanks to my incredible trainer, Matt, I’ve made amazing progress. He is truly the best — friendly, patient, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. Matt always made sure I felt comfortable and allowed me to move at my own pace, which made all the difference in my recovery. I’m forever grateful for his support and guidance. The entire team was fantastic — everyone was welcoming, encouraging, and scheduling was always super easy and flexible. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for expert care in a positive, supportive environment!

I went to this place a year ago for physical Therapy for my lower back and it was amazing. Then I returned this spring and I did not have the same experience so I decided to stop my appointments for different reasons and not go back so for the second time going to this place I give it only 2 stars, but for the two ladies in the front desk I get five stars. Thank you professionals for trying.

Love the team here !! I have been suffering for years with bad knees and the care and attention I received was top notch. My therapists Tasha and Al treated me with care and genuine concern , and now I'm feeling great ! Thank you team !

After a recent catastrophic knee injury, Nick and Cody and the entire staff at Professional physical therapy in Kings Park have been so helpful even though the initial prognosis isn’t what I wanted the staff work with me immediately Before, and after surgery to make sure that I have the best chance to come back from this at or better than where I was. The entire staff is very personable and always tries to see how you are doing and strike up a conversation of interest.
