Ive been coming to Ruslan for over three years on and off! When I first came in I was so doubtful of ever regaining my knee strength but the sessions exceeded my expectations and I was back in action! I have since re-injured my knee and cant think of anyone else I would go to! He is kind, attentive, welcoming, and breaks down treatment!! Couldnt recommend more! The overall staff snd environment is top tier!

Andrew, my physical therapist, is incredibly knowledgeable and uses innovative treatment approaches that truly made a difference in my recovery. His bedside manner is exceptional, making each session comfortable and encouraging. The entire staff is professional and welcoming, creating a positive atmosphere. Highly recommend this facility for anyone seeking top-notch physical therapy!

I was made to feel comfortable the moment i walked in. Everyone was friendly, from the front desk staff to the therapy floor staff. Andrew looked me in the eyes as he spoke with me about my pain. He reassured me and made me feel SEEN and HEARD!!! I'm happy to say that I'm feeling much better after Andrew and his magic hands allowed me to do daily chores that I was not able to do before coming here. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

For your kind gesture, I will undoubtedly add two stars to my rating. In my experience, the staff at PPT was pleasant, but the treatment was mediocre. I had a muscle sprain in my right shoulder and low back at work and chose PPT because of its high ratings. My six-week treatment was discontinued after three to four weeks because it didn’t yield any significant improvements. One aspect I found unsatisfactory was the treatment protocol. It began with a therapist massaging my right shoulder and applying heat, followed by an assistant taking over. On every occasion, the assistant would leave me to complete any exercises on my own . I had to locate them several times to inform them that I had completed my tasks. I even considered leaving the clinic to see if they would realize my absence. I believe my form was incorrect on several occasions. If I scheduled an appointment at 2:00 PM, the therapist or assistant should have been present to ensure I could complete the exercises correctly. It seems that the primary focus is on generating revenue, disregarding proper care.

I had the best possible experience at Professional PT’s Back Bay location under the kind attention of Nick Almonte, DPT. During a months-long rehab for a broken arm, he continuously challenged and encouraged me, resulting in a return to functionality I was not sure at the outset could be achieved. The facility is spotless and all the staff on hand work as a team to make each session efficient and productive. It’s a joyful atmosphere, where everyone knows your name - very conducive to healing!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience here! I came in dealing with a torn meniscus, and thanks to my incredible trainer, Matt, I’ve made amazing progress. He is truly the best — friendly, patient, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. Matt always made sure I felt comfortable and allowed me to move at my own pace, which made all the difference in my recovery. I’m forever grateful for his support and guidance. The entire team was fantastic — everyone was welcoming, encouraging, and scheduling was always super easy and flexible. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for expert care in a positive, supportive environment!

I started physical therapy here in February after tearing my ACL, following my doctor’s recommendation—and I’m so glad I did. I’m now two months post-ACL reconstruction and have been coming twice a week since surgery. I work with Nic, who’s been amazing, but the entire staff is wonderful: professional, welcoming, and clearly invested in your recovery. Highly recommend!
