Absolutely amazing friendly professional staff .I’m afraid I was too sick to get their names but Dr Levine literally saved my life by insisting I go to the hospital “without stopping at McD’s” It turned out I had sepsis. I would not have gone without his professional yet gentle insistence.
Website says they offer services that they don’t actually offer and staff refuses to even acknowledge that their website is incorrect
Not the first time that I visited City MD. I was helped right away. I visited with the PA and he knew right away what was wrong. Who would of thought when my cat bit me, that It would cause an issue. You learn something new every day. So many people did not realize that bacteria gets into your system that fast. I just shook my head. He is an indoor cat fully vaccinated, He thought he was playing. Not my first time here The staff the PA caring and prompt.
It was easy, staff is friendly, didn't have to wait a long time, I would definitely go back.
Do not recommend going here. My mom went to seek treatment after she sliced her hand on a mandolin (she is also on 3 blood thinners, so she was bleeding A LOT). Injury was wrapped upon arrival at urgent care. Doctor tried to remove the bandage with scissors, and proceeded to cut the top of her hand very severely. We ended up having to go to the ER to have the original injury and the one the doctor inflicted taken care of properly, and so we could get the bleeding to stop.
The facility is very clean and the waiting time was great. The receptionist , the nurses and the doctors are very friendly and knowledgeable.
Service is prompt & polite
Went there several times and the only problem I had was their billing for my husband it was a nightmare but the staff is nice and I had a Dr. Gilson and a Dr. Patel and other a few other doctors the one doctor I thought did not listen to me was not a doctor he was a nurse practitioner but other than that I would definitely recommend this place no matter where you go you're going to find problems with all these places but I most part I like this place and I don't hesitate to use them.
I went here for pre employment testing and later for asthma complications. I was treated with so much kindness by everyone, despite my anxiety, being a terrible needlestick several times and having insurance issues. My doctors (and older gentleman and a younger gentleman who was new) had great bedside manner. They provided prompt treatment, and truly listened to me. Clinical staff was very kind and patient and front end was very professional and warm. I will most definitely be returning in the future and highly recommend the doctors and staff.
$225 for rapid covid test. What a rip-off. Bunch of thieves I'll never go back again

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
