CityMD Clark Urgent Care- New Jersey

Absolutely amazing friendly professional staff .I’m afraid I was too sick to get their names but Dr Levine literally saved my life by insisting I go to the hospital “without stopping at McD’s” It turned out I had sepsis. I would not have gone without his professional yet gentle insistence.

Not the first time that I visited City MD. I was helped right away. I visited with the PA and he knew right away what was wrong. Who would of thought when my cat bit me, that It would cause an issue. You learn something new every day. So many people did not realize that bacteria gets into your system that fast. I just shook my head. He is an indoor cat fully vaccinated, He thought he was playing. Not my first time here The staff the PA caring and prompt.

It was easy, staff is friendly, didn't have to wait a long time, I would definitely go back.

The facility is very clean and the waiting time was great. The receptionist , the nurses and the doctors are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Service is prompt & polite

I went here for pre employment testing and later for asthma complications. I was treated with so much kindness by everyone, despite my anxiety, being a terrible needlestick several times and having insurance issues. My doctors (and older gentleman and a younger gentleman who was new) had great bedside manner. They provided prompt treatment, and truly listened to me. Clinical staff was very kind and patient and front end was very professional and warm. I will most definitely be returning in the future and highly recommend the doctors and staff.

Went there several times and the only problem I had was their billing for my husband it was a nightmare but the staff is nice and I had a Dr. Gilson and a Dr. Patel and other a few other doctors the one doctor I thought did not listen to me was not a doctor he was a nurse practitioner but other than that I would definitely recommend this place no matter where you go you're going to find problems with all these places but I most part I like this place and I don't hesitate to use them.

I had a great experience on a holiday weekend the Sunday before Labor Day. My one ear was blocked with ear wax and had difficulty hearing in the ear for several days. I used preregistration using Summit CityMD app gave me several locations this was closest to my home. I didn’t have to wait long once I arrived would be nice if they had appointments. Assistant Sadia diagnosed my ear wax/ ear pain problem for the doctor. Doctor Rajesh Geria was able to remove wax from ears so didn’t need to wait a few more days and pay extra for an ENT appointment. I know from previous ear wax problems it takes long time to see an ENT. Glad I didn’t wait till after the holiday weekend to get problem solved. Won’t hesitate to use this location again for future minor emergency medical issues. Much quicker and less expensive than a hospital.

Highly recommend. I stopped by this urgent care facility recently and was blown away by the top notch (and friendly) service from check in to discharge. Care is tops too for both adults and kids. The wait wasn’t that long either.

Excellent care from medical staff that listens well, interacts with the patients, very short waiting time, instant orders of my meds to my chosen pharmacy…. I’d highly recommend this urgent care facility to anyone in need of wellness care.
