Ok. First of all I just wants to say thank you to all the staff they’re so supportive and helpful and kind , I am truly grateful for they help I’m getting from them. I came here because I had so much pain in my back and I had frozen shoulder I did not yet recovered. Now I don’t have to take a pain medicine for my back anymore and for my shoulder. This place helped me so much . I highly recommend to anyone . So thank you . My name is Annaliza Krayzman
I’ve been going to ACA for multiple years and always receive excellent acupuncture and physical therapy
Very concerning billing practices. I only visited once, yet my insurance was billed for three separate sessions on three different days. There was zero transparency throughout the process. After multiple back-and-forth and being redirected between branches, they finally admitted to billing for multiple dates. This was not a clerical error—it was a deliberate attempt to overcharge my insurance. I’ve since learned this has happened to other clients as well. I strongly recommend asking for complete clarity on all charges before signing anything.
Alex at the front desk was very helpful and helped me make an appointment at this place during my lunchtime next week.
ACA Acupuncture & Wellness is a great place to visit. I particularly appreciate the professionalism of Dr Lu and the patience of Jin, my physical therapist. I highly recommend this facility.
Lili is amazing!! Very professional! I highly recommend her and this place for massage and acupuncture!
I look forward to coming here for acupuncture for several reasons. For one, the acupuncturists are very professional and kind. Two, the facility is very clean and relaxing. Third, there are no frills. They just get to the point. Lastly, they take my insurance. I leave each session feeling extremely relaxed 😌
Extremely respectable, knowledgeable and helpful
I’m always well taken care of when I come to ACA. It’s very relaxing and the staff is nice and professional! Will come again!
I hate to be the one to give the one star rating, but this location really messed it up for me today (1/3/25). I have been to an ACA location in NJ and had really good sessions. I have also been to another acupuncturist a little bit more north, but not ACA affiliated. I decided to go to this one because it's close to work. This was my second time visiting this location. First and foremost, the environment where you get your acupuncture done must be relaxing and peaceful. That includes the staff. Today (1/3/24) while I was getting a massage, the staff members would not stop talking and laughing obnoxiously loud. They're constantly rushing back and forth through the hallway. What's the point of playing Zen music and having a sign that says to put your phone on silent so it does not disturb the other clients? When YOU (the staff) are the giving the most disturbances. I had such a hard time relaxing. The massage felt good, but I did not enjoy my experience. They were so loud that I wanted to yell through the walls tell them to shut up. Then after the 1 hour massage, the doc comes in and places needles on me. Within 5 minutes, I ring the bell because I was feeling disgustingly nauseous. It could've been that I was starving and/or laying face down for too long and the heat lamp messed me up IDK. I sat up and relaxed for about 5-10 minutes. He then checks up on me and I ask him if I can not do the acupuncture today and he says it's already done. So with a confused look, I told him that it was only for 5 minutes. And he proceeds to say that he already inserted the needles so its either I come back next time for another session or I can stay and he can place another set of needles. At this point, I'm still nauseous. So, I decided to leave.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
