Need to pay $5000 at start. The administration from Amen Clinics are fine, they seem still wanting to help. But the contract doctor, psychiatrist, has no intention to care about patient's needs- postpone appointments, taking forever time for a signature, forever wait time for test results evaluation....

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this clinic, and I want to especially recognize the clinic director, Jen. Before my daughter’s scan, Jen noticed that she was fidgeting and clearly nervous. Without hesitation, she took the time to speak with her in such a calm, reassuring way that immediately put her at ease. Jen personally walked her to the scan and stayed with her for the entire procedure, making sure she felt safe and comfortable the whole time. Her kindness, attentiveness, and genuine compassion truly made all the difference for our family. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond like Jen did, and we are incredibly grateful for the care she showed

ABsolutely ridicilous! My brother has been a patient there for over 2 years and all was good. Past 2.5 months we're been trying to get information on medication adjustment from them and it's been taking since beginning of August and we still don't know what to do with medication. Absolutely horrible service, they keep apologizing for delays, but nothing has been done.

I had such a great experience at Amen Clinics in New York. From the moment I walked in, the front desk greeted me so warmly and made me feel really comfortable. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and Stephanie was especially amazing. She was so accommodating and genuinely kind, and she made the whole visit so pleasant. The scan process was smooth and easy, and the staff made sure I felt at ease the entire time. I’m really grateful for how caring and professional everyone was. I would absolutely recommend this clinic to anyone.

My experience at this clinic was so pleasant. The staff is so nice. I was really nervous about my scans and I had a lot of questions, which they all patiently answered. The front staff reassured me and the girl with the curly hair even offered to stay in the room with me during the entire scanning process. Everything was really smooth and quick! I cant wait to meet with the doctor to go over the results.
