I was in New York for only a few days from S. America and needed an appointment urgently for my wife who is losing her heating. From the first phone call I was treated courteously and efficiently and was given a danger day appointment. We were attended by Dr Marta at 330 W 58th St. She is sympathetic, efficient, extremely competent and have us both full hearing tests free of charge. As a result she advised my wife on the possible range of aids available for her condition, helped her choose the appropriate one and the next day had it ready to install and adjust. She also provided us with the formidable stop to allow for remote service calls to her from S. America. All in all a very satisfactory experience, and my wife can't say everything I say - which is wonderful (I think!!)
