Dr. Naim is wonderful. The office is very professional. My appointment was right on time. She did a very thorough exam and explained everything along the way. She took the time to make sure I understood everything. I would recommend Dr. Naim to all my friends -- smart and first rate!

The place was very pleasant and clean. The front desk staff person was very courteous and helpful. Dr. Naim who my hearing exam was most amiable. She explained the whole procedure from start to finish and answered all my questions. I fully intend on sending my friends there. Made my follow up appointment on my way out. Dr. Gambino and her staff at AudioHelp are simply the very best! They are extraordinarily professional and personable in every way. I have a complex and diverse set hearing requirements for my job and lifestyle, and Dr. Gambino matched with the perfect set of hearing aids. They are amazing - I absolutely love them. I cannot recommend this office enough - they are wonderful!

I am filled with nothing but gratitude for my second experience with Dr. Ariella Naim. I met with Dr. Naim in 2019 with concerns and she was as another reviewer stated, exemplary. Not only was Dr. Naim extremely kind and caring, but perhaps most importantly of all, extremely professional and communicative. Because of this, I sought her out again for an updated assessment even though she had moved. Her office accommodated scheduling me in as soon as possible. As usual, I was met with punctuality, kindness and Dr. Naim explained every part of the exam as we moved through it. All questions were answered thoroughly without any haste. Dr. Naim sent me my written report in record time - and both myself and my job thank her for that! Dr. Naim’s thorough reporting demonstrates her vast understanding of her field. Without hesitation, I recommend her. If there were five more stars to give, Dr. Naim certainly deserves them!
