My endocrinologist discovered that I was having a change in my calcium Levels which caused other issues that other Dr. In the field which it was pertaining to couldn’t figure out.

Dr. Jackness is an excellent Dr. he actually takes his time with you reviewing all your test and explaining everything to you including your medications but whoever is in charge of getting your refills is not very good at getting back to you. I’ve called the office twice. I last called at the beginning of this week and she called my cell phone 2,days later almost at 6:00 pm and didn’t even leave a message. I’m having problems getting to see the Dr as I had a bad fall and Im having surgery, I need refills for certain medications and I can’t even get a phone call back from him directly. My surgery is on the 23rd of this month and I can’t even see him till July. So what do I do until then. He’s a fantastic Dr. which I have highly recommended but some of his staff need to get get different jobs because they are truly horrible at handling theirs.

I waited months for an appointment with Dr. Jackness. It was quite pricey too. He was very nice and spent an adequate amount of time with me. However he said I was just too complicated and he would have to think about how to help me or consult with other doctors. I never heard back from him after that. If you have more common and not extremely complex issues I would still recommend him.

Dr. Jackness is great at making you feel at ease and hopeful, even when the situation is otherwise dire. He is very professional, polite, patient, and up-to-date on the latest information to assist with combating my condition. The very first consultation, he answered all of my questions and made sure I was feeling comfortable walking away from our appointment. The office is very clean and everyone associated with his practice are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. First time I called the practice, receptionists were able to get me in within the same week and I have received nothing but great care and respect from them. I trust Dr. Jackness and highly recommend to everyone looking for an endocrinologist.
