Dr. Jackness is great at making you feel at ease and hopeful, even when the situation is otherwise dire. He is very professional, polite, patient, and up-to-date on the latest information to assist with combating my condition. The very first consultation, he answered all of my questions and made sure I was feeling comfortable walking away from our appointment. The office is very clean and everyone associated with his practice are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
