Working with Dr Frankel and the entire NYC Hearing team over the last 10 years has been fantastic. They have made wearing hearing aids a natural easy transition and can’t get by without wearing my devices.

Their 8th Avenue location is the nearest to me. I've been at NY Hearing Associates for eight years or so. Maybe even longer. I get regular state-of-the-art testing and receive a detailed report each time. I can compare my reports through the years. After I concluded they are always current with technology, which is number one in my making a smart business/personal/healthcare decision, it then came down to their personnel and their treatment of customers. I will say, Im somewhat of a high-maintenance person, and not once has anyone there ever made me feel as such. Their patience and friendliness surpass all. I've never had any issue getting an appointment, every and all of my questions are always answered, and no one has ever had an issue repeating things I didn't understand or hear completely. The day I request supplies for my hearing aids, their front desk mails them out to me that same day. Calls and emails are returned. Im very happy with this company and their service and staff. Do yourself a big favor, make an appointment, and determine if you want to put your care in their hands. Note: I never worked for this company, nor have I ever known any of the employees. Years ago, I just did research when I needed hearing aids, and they were one of 3 companies I went to see. I picked them and am glad I did. J

NYC Hearing Associates at all the locations I've been to is a great, caring organization. Usually, there is no waiting before seeing an audiologist. The staff is professional and friendly. I am blind in addition to having severe hearing loss and everybody I come in contact with at any of the offices in Manhattan has been extremely helpful and respectful.
