The day of the earthquake, I was in Kate Gulfport’s audiologist office speaking to her about my extreme hearing loss due to Meniere’s Disease. The building shook and we made a quick departure. I knew I liked her so much. My next appointment we spoke about my needs and she had excellent suggestions about which hearing aid and the cost. Plus she took a new hearing test that showed my ear pressure was off in my right ear. I had never been told this fact before now. Today we took the mold for my new Phonak hearing aids. She is absolutely the most caring audiologist that I have ever met since moving to Long Island three years ago. She is in practice for twelve years and has so much experience. Kate made me feel very secure that I was making the right decision. Her office staff is also highly professional. Plus as a real treat, she always has a delicious homemade cookie which I happen to love. Thank you Kate and Taylor!

Friendly audiologist and staff.I felt Well listened too. My concerns were addressed as much as possible and options were discussed. This will be my new hearing aid office. i ve. been wearing hearing aids for over 10 years.

I'm a patient of NYC Hearing Associates for more than 10 years. Recently a got a new set of hearing aids. It is the third one I'm getting with assistance from Great Doctor Kate Mikhailov. And each next is better than previous. Doctor Kate Mikhailov follow the latest models of Hearing Aids and picking up the best aid for individual patient. I'm very happy that long time ago became NYC Hearing Associates patient.

I can’t believe that it took the kindest Costco audiologist to tell me I had nerve damage instead of hearing loss. Before you go to an audiologist like nyc hearing associates, remember their main goal is to sell you hearing aids.
