I was truly surprised to be able to get an appointment the same day with Dr. Skarzynski. I met with her again on extremely short notice and was fitted with a hearing aid that I requested. It turned out to be ineffective and returned in a third visit. We had a thorough conversation about my concerns going forward. Not once did I have to wait for my appointment. I will meet for a fourth time to be fitted with an aid of her choice. I have been wearing hearing aids on and off since 1971. Dr. Skarzynski is extremely knowledgeable about the various technologies and how they impact my hearing loss. The fact that she readily communicates by e-mail is another benefit.

I found out about NYC Hearing Associates by Google. I decided to take a chance at the location on 110 West 40th Street. I needed a new hearing aid. The one I have kinda died on me. I arrived at the location, unable to hear without my hearing aid. The staff was very helpful in communicating with me using a computer monitor. Everyone was nice and understanding of my living situation without a hearing aid. I have profound hearing loss. I had my hearing test done and ordered a new hearing aid. I am completely satisfied with everything I have experienced. I even have my current hearing aid repaired. I will be using it as my backup hearing aid whenever I get my new one. I definitely recommend this company and this location.

If you are tourist visiting New York and you’re having ear trouble this is the place to go! The doctors and audiologists go above and beyond. They are professional, kind and caring and we’re able to put my mind at ease. They provided me with a fully detailed report to give to my audiologist back home.
