My father and I where on a trip to New York from Amsterdam, unfortunately my father forgot to take he's Opticon filters. Luckily staff wanted to help us out although we did not had an appointment. Very friendly staff, they took there time and saved our holiday.

Dr. Frankel is the best! She is caring, empathetic, extremely knowledgeable and professional, and an extremely patient doctor. She is always quickly responsive to emails with any question or issue that may arise. The entire office staff is helpful and professional at all times. I have been to 110 W. 40th, 80 8th Ave., and Garden City. Great experience in all 3 offices.

I was seen promptly by the Audiologist and had my concerns clearly addressed. Recommended.

The staff is very nice and the service is excellent. I purchased a Starkey hearing Aid from NYC Hearing Associates after the trial period. During follow up appointments, the Audiologist provided regular supplies for hearing aid, cleaned or fixed any problems with the device.
