I have been coming to this place for hydration iv almost every week for few months, the staff are very nice always and the one who hooked me the iv are the best they really know their job they took in consideration everything I said every time I go there I left feeling so much better i just can say I am very thankful I found out this place when I needed it more and their friendliness approach is a plus

Waste of time. They wait until I SHOW UP for a 5pm appt to say a doctor form is needed. I’m recovering from surgery. Would have been helpful to know ALL day that this was needed. They had my medical info and contact info since the morning. Super pissed. And I need this treatment so I’m one day behind. GAH!

Update: The manager reached out and invited me to return. This visit was lovely - no long wait times and friendly staff. I’ve updated the rating on an interim basis as I’d like to reserve a higher rating for after my next visit, which will be a normally scheduled visit at some point in the future and won’t be under the direct supervision of the manager. This place is crazy. I’ve been to the UES location several times with no issue but I decided to give this location a try today for a walk-in IV (which they take, and took others while I was there.) They quoted me a 20 minute wait and I ended up walking out after an hour and being told MULTIPLE times “5 more minutes.” Beyond frustrating to have wasted so much time without getting a service because they just couldn’t be honest about their inefficient and inaccurate timing.

After two weeks of suffering with a lingering cold, I decided to check out the options at Restore. I was met with a very friendly receptionist who explained all of the options to me. I was then followed up with an RN who was lovely and patient and gave me a couple of options and I decided to go with the B12 and B complex shot. The room was very comfortable and very private and I would be interested in returning for other services. A nice little oasis of health and calm in the neighborhood.
