List of Restore Hyper Wellness's Reviews
Literally the worst medical spa in New York. The black woman at the front who claimed to be the “manager” was not only rude but also gave wrong medical advice to their clients and patients.
It may be unfair to give them such a bad review just due to miscommunication and one manager at the front. However, it was extremely irresponsible of her to tell the client that Red Light therapy is good for your eyes if you keep your eyes open! I am so glad I checked. When asked about it, they insisted that the advice was from their nurse? I want to give a good review to the Asian nurse who gave me my IV drip. Very friendly and professional.
Convenient location after work, really like their Jan Marini facials
Really good experience - everyone very friendly and helpful and the service was perfect. I believe everyone could use the products they offer.
I had a fabulous first time appointment! Everyone is so friendly. I enjoyed an IV drip & facial. Thank you so much for making my weekend amazing. I’m ready to take on the month! Can’t wait to go back
My credits disappeared, every time i came in for IV treatments they asked me to refill the same form over and over again although they had my information. When i called 84th location the lady who answered the phone was so rude and had so mucb attitude that I never want to go back.
I booked an appointment for an IV drip. Twenty five minutes before my appointment was supposed to begin, I got a phone call/voicemail from Restore saying the nurse practitioner had to leave at 5:30 and they wanted to see if I could come in earlier. I left work quickly and rushed over, walking in exactly 15 minutes after they called (and 15 early for my appointment). I waited for several minutes and when someone came to the desk, they asked what I was there for and then said, "Sorry, I tried to call you..." and then explained that there wasn't time and I could come another day. Twenty five minutes notice for an appointment time change or cancellation would have still been unprofessional, but having me rush over just to cancel is ridiculous. The appointment was on their books all day and yet they waited until right before to even give me a call. It's extremely disrespectful.
I love all restore hyper wellness locations but Restore E84 is my go to spot for all recovery needs. As a fitness professional staying injury and pain free is incredibly important for me. Restore offers the services I need to do that. I recommend the red light then Cryo combo. I love the staff here! They are all so welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable. Shout out to Michelle and the nurse Esther! They both go above and beyond 🙏🏽🫶🏽
I love doing my Cryo Therapy. I’m happy to report that the staff was very responsive and made it extremely convenient.
A true relaxation, the staff is extremely knowledgeable on each service and their benefit, and very gracious. A pleasure at every visit!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
