Have to wait hours when you have an appointment with Doctor Michael Shapiro. Will not use him again. He over books and doesn't care about his patients that they have a life too.

Not professional, did not take a history for me as a new patient, abrupt not through... clearly only interested in cosmetics and not serious illness! I had first appointment but was kept waiting about two hours. No follow up on wound care!

After the closure of the Greenpoint branch started visiting Dr. Reinhardt in Queens. Not recommended.

Terrible service, impossible to reach the doctor's team or staff. Have to wait a week before you hear back from them for any simple questions, hours long wait times.

I have been struggling with a periodic rash for the past two years. After avoiding medical attention for a long time, I finally decided to remedy my condition. Through a referral, I saw a dermatologist, Dr. Ben Reinhardt, at Vanguard Dermatology. My experience there, was gratifying. I received excellent medical attention and felt relieved, after learning the possible diagnoses. As I was previously clueless, as to how my condition happened or what it was. After a couple of visits, it was determined what the cause was and how it came to be, I was finally able to feel relief, both physically and mentally. I am happy to inform, that I am doin well and my condition has since, got much better. Overall, my experience at Vanguard Dermatology, has been pleasant and satisfactory. I am looking forward to continuing my treatment and looking to Dr. Benjamin Reinhardt, if my condition has worsened or for anything else that would require his expertise.

Vanguard Dermatology is absolutely great! I suffer from Hailey Hailey and this office was the only one who could actually diagnose me and prescribed me the correct medication. I suffered for over a year until I went to Vanguard Dermatology.
