Expect to spend at least 3 hours waiting on a first-come first-serve basis, even if you get there around 9am (they open at 8am). The doctor is friendly and they accept many insurances, but only come if you can stomach that wait.

Vine a este lugar porque me queda cerca, pero no vuelvo más. Dejé mi tratamiento capilar por la misma razón ( tenía que venir cada semana) y lo dejé porque yo no podía pasarme cada lunes el día entero metida en un lugar porque se toman horas para atender al paciente. Esperas horas en la sala de espera para luego esperar por el doctor porque entran un grupo, más el otro group que se encuentra esperando. Deberían de tener un límite de paciente por día. Y como hay días que es para pelo y piel deberían de limitar el walking in y ponerlo “ appointment only”

I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service i received from this dermatologist. The front desk staff were rude, and they misplaced my biopsy results. The doctor prescribed steroids without reviewing my full medical history and didn't inform me about side effects, such as discoloration and stretch marks.

Not recommended. I arrived at 8 30 am and waited 3 hours to go inside with the number. Then I had to wait another hour to be seen by the doctor. Poor management

DO NOT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT HERE. They’re fake. It’s completely first come first serve, and you most likely have to take an entire day off if you get there at 9 am to make an appointment. I made an appointment at 945 and was told “but you can come anytime you want”. I get there and there’s roughly 30 people in the waiting room for two doctors. No thank you, what’s the point? This is why people go to the doctors further downtown. I’m not sure how they effectively run a doctors office in that manner.

Dr. Insoo is a very kind and compassionate doctor who cares about his patients. He is honest about the treatment that will be best for you and not just trying to push the most expensive treatment like unfortunately some doctors do. It can be a long wait to see him but he is worth the wait! 😁
