Great facility. Everyone is kind and show their patients that they care. Never once has anyone been rude to me there. Also Dr. Liepke is the best pediatrition I have came across in Oswego

If it wasn't for this doctor accepting me and my 3 children I wouldn't be here today due to sever depression..... thanks to Dr. M Liepke I've been able to fine the right medication and can enjoy life to the fullest with my kids it's not easy but he makes you feel comfortable and assures you your gonna be alright .... love this doctors office they are prompt they care they call back they have never been rude and they are very patient with my almost 3 year old son who has GDD ... the office is also clean they provide books for you to read for your children and water if your thirsty 🤗 And the receptionist doesn't look at me funny when I tell my kids to sit down when they are misbehaving like the receptionists at Dr.Vangorders office

He refused to believe that at such a young age I could be in such horrid pain. Went to a specialist and within a minute he told me what was wrong and sent me to physical therapy because i needed it ASAP. Also the woman in medical records is terribly mean and unhelpful. I wouldn't send anyone here!

Horrible. He would rather medicate than find the problem. He constantly has to Google search symptoms because he very clearly does not know what he's doing. He doesn't listen and I may question whatever school allowed him to become a doctor. He'll misdiagnos and then hide behind his extremely rude and obnoxious staff. I would never risk a life and tell someone to go to him.

Bottom of the barrel...would be stepping up. Not going to help you figure out anything. He will come right out and tell you he is not going to help. Thanks from a sick patient. Dr. has very little in the way of diagnostic skills, my opinion. He doesn't even acknowledge that viruses make people sick. REALLY this is 2014. Beware. Get copies of everything bring a witness to cover your own yourself, in my opinion. Watch out for eli... he says "He don't get paid enough to work there." I say he gets way too much - He is Rude and he LIES.

THE DOCTORS IN THIS PRACTICE ARE VERY GOOD--MY ISSUE IS WITH THE OFFICE MANAGER--SMUG, ARROGANT, HAS NO RESPECT FOR THE PATIENTS, CONDESCENDING, HEARTLESS!!

My experience is the doctor does not follow up on issues. I have a good insurance and the doctor/staff won't even check the insurance to see what is covered. I repeatedly asked them to check with insurance to see if treatment options were covered and they did not. When I finally called the insurance directly, they stated, if the doctor ordered a test, it would be covered.

The office staff and nurses are RUDE. Good luck trying to book an appointment or reach a nurse. I was only ever able to reach ANYONE after calling several times all day long and leaving several messages. And when they call back they hardly ever have a solution and are COMPLETELY rude. I saw Dr. Liepke and spoke with nurses there on several occasions regarding high blood sugar (above 300 DAILY) and they brushed it off and told me to take my medication and not worry about testing my blood sugar. FOR 6 whole weeks my blood sugar has been that high. I am incredibly disgusted and have never had such a terrible experience in my entire life. I hope they shut this place down.

From the moment I walked into the office until the time my next visit was scheduled, I was very impressed with the staff, Dr. Liepke and the facility.Of course I didn't owe any money and I didn't fail to show up for an appointment. Dr Liepke was great. He made me feel comfortable and he was quite thorough.As for the office staff enforcing the rules,it never ceases to amaze me how some patients seem to think they are above it all!
