He was Okay but wants you to have MRI and 1 week later nothing is scheduled and his staff won’t help!
Dr. Ross is Very Dissmissive. Seems to have better things to do than take time for his patents.
Dr. Ross is very knowledgeable of the latest pain management techniques. He took time to explain things to me so that I understood. I was scared with what I was going through and I felt like her really cared and took the time to know my individual needs. He helped me to feel comfortable. I felt like I was in the very best of care! He is very professional and yet makes your visit very personal, taking time to make sure you get all the information you need. I feel like he really wanted to help me be in a better place. I never felt rushed or stupid for asking a question. He returns calls in a timely manner and even an email when I had questions. All his staff are absolutely wonderful! I'd highly recommend him and will continue to use him myself as needed.
The best and most compassionate doctor with excellent bedside manner. Dr.Ross should teach and serve as a coach to the “wanna be doctors “ like the ones that are in the medical field bc of $ with no compassion for the patient. Dr. Ross went over everything in detail and depth and answered all of our questions and concerns. We have 100% confidence in Dr.Ross and his approach. Thank you Dr.Ross for listening to our concerns, your compassion and superb level of care. Dr.Ross is highly recommended.
Dr.Ross is one of the brightest, helpful, caring doctors. I’ve had severe issues and his treatment really helped save my life. He is a doctor of the highest caliber.
Dr. Ross was incredibly rude with absolutely no bedside manner. He didn’t care to listen to anything I wanted to say and completely rushed through the appointment. Was quick to schedule me for an epidural and didn’t even stick around to see if I had any questions about the three different medications he prescribed. Why in earth would I trust this doctor to put a needle in my spine when he did NOTHING to earn even the smallest amount of trust.
I didn’t feel that he was listening or caring about my situation. He was presumptive and dismissive. He interrupted me when I was trying to explain my pain. He looked back at my chart and then all of a sudden (I had years ago been diagnosed with anxiety for a specific reason at the time) and the states that I seemed anxious and wanted to prescribe a medication I had been on previously. I told him I couldn’t take that medicine. I don’t appreciate the treatment I was given by him and his staff. After the appointment and his exam I was in even more pain for 2 days. I continued with my physical therapy, but my pain and discomfort worsened so I called and was treated very poorly.
