My fiance went in to get a tooth removed because it's cracked so there's no use in saving it and she needed it removed as it was an emergency with the pain and they were trying to refer her to drive to Cleveland to get a root canal.. don't go here if you have an emergency, they don't work with compassion or logic apparently.

My son have’s cavities went to them 2x in 30 days before getting his surgery date , my 6 year has to wait 6 weeks before surgery in pain nightly and daily! This is ridiculous that they won’t do anything bout the issue to relieve pain until his date

SHE NEEDS TO BE SUED AND QUIT PRACTICING DENTISTRY. Having work done at This dental office was the worst decision I have ever made. I paid this women plenty of money for crowns, for them to break in less then 6 months. My front tooth crown is dark , thick and very noticeable. My back crowns are chipped up and Cracking because of her poor dental work. She needs to be reported to the Fox 8 for an investigation of medical malpractice.

I went here last year and it was the worst decision ever. Yall fr made me look like a donkey. Like I wasn’t attractive before but im definitely not now you😭😭 My front tooth was given a crown and they literally made it bend forward. Like from the front it just looks really big compared to the tooth beside it, but then from the side it’s even WORSE, then from the top it’s like I was kicked in the face by a horse. I gave it time to write a review cuz like, maybe it’s not that bad! But it was, and still is.

No hygienist to clean teeth but they don't inform you till year later when scheduling for son to have appointment

My girlfriend went there on her first appointment. They gave her multiple fillings and one of her feelings literally came out and now she has a hole inner tooth

Went in to get my cavities filled and the doctor told they would go away if I flossed, if the doctor there doesn't know that you have to fill cavities before you get teeth removed I don't want them in my mouth.

Scheduled me for the 3rd of September. Didn’t call or text me to let me know they were CLOSED. I drove all the way here from a different town. And when I arrive, the door was locked because how would I know. No one called or messaged me. Then the receptionist instead of coming to talk to me she just looked at me through the GLASS DOOR and kinda shrugged. Then when I tried to call her to reschedule because they obviously were not going to be holding my appointment time since they failed to say they closed, she watched the phone ring. Like please be so frrl

The dentist told me that I could not get a bridge for two teeth that need to be pulled.. Just over a year ago I was there and spoke with a different dentist and they said that that was an option for me. I very much want a bridge and do not want to have to wear a partial.. also for some reason I have six cavities this year but a year and a half ago I did not. I'm willing to accept that but the dentist didn't even point out to me where the cavities are on my X-rays. I would have hoped to at least be shown where these cavities are at on the X-rays.

I have major dental anxiety and I love it here the dentist is very personable and quick and does a great job, and she worked miracles to get my insurance to cover what was needed, shes easy to understand which is hard to come by and I really like it there and the dentist is female and her bedside manner is great and so is the staff!!!! They always try to work around my schedule too!!!
