I believe my mom was not cared for like she should have been. She died recently there with so called cardiac arrest. I believe they missed signs of my mom possibly having sepsis from a wound. My mom was up in a chair on Wednesday November 24 th 2021 with no oxygen needed and alert . She died on Sunday the 28th from what was listed on her death certificate as cardiac pulmonary arrest. Just wondering if my mom would still be alive if she had better care. We asked to speak to nurses and doctors about her medications ect and no doctor ever called.

This place is definitely dirty and the staff actually seem like a bunch of children running this center. I TRULY have been a lot of Nursing Home's but I truly have never I really mean never seen one like this. I with to wash my hands and the sink was the nasty I have ever seen plus the floor in this person room and every were else WAS dirty as could be. THIS person food try had not been cleaned in God only knows when. His window does not even have a shade for privacy or just to get the sun out of his eyes. I mean CEDAR VIEW REHABILITATION CENTER IN LEBANON OHIO IS GETTING $7600.00 PER MONTH AND THIS IS HOW THESE DISABLED PEOPLE HAVE TO LIVE? SHAME ON WHO EVER IS IN CHARGE OF THIS REHABILITATION CENTER CAUSE GOD KNOWS THAT IT IS NOT HUMANITY AT ALL. PLEASE SOMEONE PLEASE GOD LET THIS GET TOOK CARE OF. THANK YOU.
